周末的时候,朋友在附近,我就专门找他去吃这家,然后点了一个炒饭,一个蒸金菇菜鸡肉,然后还有甜品,其实炒菜的味道还是不错的,但是甜品味道略显一般了,点的什么榴莲,竟然是榴莲冰淇淋球,不太好吃,下次试试炸云吞吧

是日約了朋友在西環吃晚飯,因朋友很久沒有在香港生活很多地道美食已經完全忘記了。今次帶朋友來到西環地道美食,我馬上就想到來「可可店」品嚐一下最有名的「煎腸粉加雞蛋」,沒人不知,所以來到可可店必定要點這個小食。煎腸粉加雞蛋,腸粉滑溜,煎得香口,再配加芝麻及花生醬,美味無比,再加上煎雞蛋滑上加滑,口感豐富。至於不能不讚就是他們的乾炒牛河,炒到火喉十足,每條河粉都沾滿醬汁,牛肉有肉味而且還有肉汁,薄薄的一片牛肉,都竟然可keep到肉汁的確難得,很少食店可以做到的,仲吃到濃厚鑊氣感,真係是可給100分,連朋友也大舉拇指說很美味,十分滿意。連香港必飲的凍檸檬茶也不弱,茶味夠濃,檸檬又新鮮,冰量剛好,非常好飲。

至於不能不讚就是他們的乾炒牛河,炒到火喉十足,每條河粉都沾滿醬汁,牛肉有肉味而且還有肉汁,薄薄的一片牛肉,都竟然可keep到肉汁的確難得,很少食店可以做到的,仲吃到濃厚鑊氣感,真係是可給100分,連朋友也大舉拇指說很美味,十分滿意。

凌晨有D想食宵夜,唔使諗就去左附近可可店到食,平時一到夜晚就好多人,好旺場。好多大學生宵夜必選,剛剛好店外有個大空地,可以泊架單車慢慢嘆,所以有時有D單車友都會踩黎搵我食宵夜但今晚落黎,都係想搵D野過下口癮,所以叫左隻油雞脾 加 杯凍奶茶,等餐時間好快就有得食,油雞脾,唔會好細隻👍🏻,肉質剛剛好,飲埋杯凍奶茶,7成飽😝,可以睡眠另外想推薦一個隻,午餐肉炒飯,足料👍🏻,你可以每一啖都食到午餐肉。

內進,眼見人客疏落,坐下看看餐牌,一般嘅粥、粉、麵、飯都有,款式多多,連特色小食都有供應!我點了欖菜肉鬆炒飯,而她點了餐肉豬扒公仔麵,另點一個潮州家鄉小食煎蠔餅,再加一杯特色飲品花生珍珠奶茶!


整體食物都算好味,欖菜肉鬆炒飯飯粒夠乾身,有咬口!豬扒炸粉不厚又炸得香脆,餐肉亦煎得很香!


煎蠔餅一般,似一般酒樓嘅薄罉,她食到塊大蠔殼差啲咬崩牙。


她是環保L,原本點左花生珍珠奶茶走飲管,點知都黎左杯野插住飲管。都有花生香但有少少苦味,珍珠無甜味有啲失望。


整體感覺還可以。

我同 c 同 啲朋友打完波食左少少野, 突然有個朋話想去可可店食多個粥,又有個 friend 話食糖水,而我因為唔太飽想食多少少野。可可店就係一個咁得意嘅地方,佢有粥,又有糖水,有面,有小菜,有小食。平時想約 去食飯又得,食糖水又得,食宵夜又得。今次我叫左個豬手面,個friend 叫左個腸粉煎蛋。個豬手好入味,有好多舊,個面又夠大碗,性價比超高。個面係用生面,雖然唔係超彈牙,但係都好味。個腸粉煎蛋夠特別,用左煎年糕嘅方法去煎腸粉,令腸粉粘左啲蛋,有啲似加多塊脆皮落去咁。

猶記得大學時期沒有多的零用錢可以每天花數百元四處享用佳餚,可可店可以算是大學時期中我的飯堂了。今天放工後便特地回到堅尼地城緬懷一下舊時光當晚總共點了四款食物—咖哩魚蛋:魚蛋彈牙,咖哩汁頗辣的,卻惹味非常平面—其實就是炸腐皮,一般人都會平面立方一併叫(就是炸腐皮及炸海鮮球),但今天不想吃太多煎炸野所以只點其中一樣就好了腸粉蛋—每次到必點,腸粉炒得極香口,配合其軟滑的腸粉口感,黑竹—以一碗糖水作結!黑竹就是芝麻糊配腐竹糖水,對我而言稍為有點過甜

可可店原店位於均益街,由士多做起,漸變成糖水及兼賣小食粉麵飯,其後搬至現址卑路乍街,舖面大了,人流更多,營業至半夜 4 時。今日,我同朋友專登,由九龍區揸車前來,就係想每這裏的煎腸粉加蛋。蛋與腸粉一齊煎,蛋汁包住腸粉表面,令腸粉表面不會煎得過火,腸粉裏頭緊保留嫩滑KE質感,加埋甜醬麻醬,非常好吃!!!!!!

打完波就特別口痕,想坐低食下小食咁。可可店愈做愈大,開得夠夜又有位。 招牌腸粉煎蛋識食一定食大大量既麻醬,加埋芝麻甜豉油,諗起都流哂口水。 炸雞脾又估唔到幾出色,香脆又唔會炸到骨頭炸過龍。肉汁依然有,打完波補充能量必備! 陳皮紅豆沙以為麻麻地,點知有驚喜。因為佢主打小食同碟頭飯。以我依個紅豆迷,一碗好味既紅豆沙,係好難咖。 可能睇到既人會覺得都係一D平凡既食物,但係依度對我黎講,係一個平台去記錄我同叮叮去過既、食過既食物。我都希望今次打完波可以開心番,畢竟食左個咁正既宵夜,又一齊DAY OFF!陪伴著你的是我,美食是你的補給。

去到堅尼地城呢個咁有特色嘅地方 選擇咗一間街坊小店嚟幫襯 入到去 發現都幾多選擇 同個friend叫咗兩碟炒飯嚟食 味道都相當唔錯 啲飯粒粒分明 不過其中一碟就有少少燶味 有啲失色 另外兩杯珍珠奶茶 味道都可以 而且價錢非常合理 所以都推薦大家嚟試下
