晚上8點多在大澳裡還營業的餐廳不多找到這間燈火通明的上海小館第一晚在這裡吃完晚餐後第二晚還是一樣來吃了.🔸酸辣湯麵麵的份量很足,酸辣湯可以稍微更辣一點🔸蠔餅 (推薦!) 炸漿很薄,所以吃下去每口都吃到蠔仔.🔸酸菜魚(推薦!) 魚很滑嫩,底下少量墊底的川粉和酸菜也蠻好吃的🔸炒鱔糊鱔魚切得細細的,吃著也不錯.🔸擔擔麵(推薦!) 花生味較濃的湯底,而且蠻濃稠的,麵質也是我喜歡的.🔸口水雞雞肉不算太滑,但醬汁帶點辣而且花生味濃濃的整體而言,食物跟用餐環境也算不錯!

當時我哋仲食緊有排先埋單,其實見到佢不停接客,都知佢呃人。咁有性格唔憂做、趕客嘅,請直接講唔做我哋生意,講大話講得咁低手實在大開眼界。


我哋要求係叫多個餸,有啖飽飯食同埋乾淨衛生,如圖所見咁嘅份量兩位成人根本食唔飽,請問無理之處係啲咩?其後圖中女人扮哂息事寧人,唔該有心解決問題既話,就唔好聲大夾惡鬧完客人然後當無事發生過,顧客絕對唔係大晒,但餐廳絕對有責任解答客人既疑問,令食客食得安心。


明買明賣,就算只係黎一次,唔通冇權要求更換有問題嘅食物咩?仲要收加一服務費+茶錢。衛生差、唔接受意見、服務態度極度極度惡劣、誣蔑及呼喝客人嘅一言堂餐廳,承你貴言,你請我都唔會再嚟,貼錢買難受。


相信當晚8點餐廳在場嘅人都一定會聽到,原來食飯食到一肚氣係咁既感受。原來菜有問題係唔準人問唔準人講,幫襯得一次就可以被無理cut單。


真係多謝哂。

在大澳有不少的海鮮酒家,中式店就不多,我們一班朋友就隨便入到這間中式餐廳,因為見到有客人吃,應該不錯,怎知中招了!味道一般而淡:上海粗炒,單看外表是非常好,用料豐富,但一入口就感受不到任何味道,好像沒有下過任何調味料。怪味道的炒年糕:不知道為什麼年糕一入口有淡淡的怪味,但又不知道是什麼,難吃!可以值得推介而味道充足的:麻婆豆腐、糖醋魚塊、椒鹽豬扒和蝦仁炒蛋。麻婆豆腐下了充足的豆板醬,又甜又辣。糖醋魚塊比較小碟,但味道非常好👍🏻,椒鹽豬扒佈滿薑蔥蒜,非常香口,甚至可以用來撈飯一流。

不知是香港人的口味變了,還是食肆為了掩飾食物的不鮮,雲吞麵魚旦粉的湯底通通加入大量砂糖,甜到令人沮喪!我鐘情上海菜,特別是酸辣湯,試了好多上海館子,尤其集團式經營的上海食肆,酸辣湯已經變了甜酸辣湯,想不到今天在大澳嚐到了真正酸辣的酸辣湯,涼拌海蜇也是個大驚喜,上海粗炒也不錯,我和平時頗為掩尖的母親都非常滿意。君鴻是家庭式經營,店內兩兄弟拍擋輪流照應,十分溫馨,牆上的兄弟俏像十分神似,光顧的話記得看看!君鴻還有很多傳統像樟茶鴨的菜式,期待下次再去試。

今日難得嚟到大澳, 當然就會周圍行啦, 點知見到搭返東沖嘅車牌排長龍, 所以今次我哋就入番去諗住食個晚餐。途經見到間上海舖都幾多客,所以我哋就入去試, 嗌咗一個小籠包,皮片厚肉,唔算話好多湯汁,味道一般。 菜飯真係菜同飯感覺上冇嗰陣上海菜飯嘅小小油香。糖醋排骨 ,唔錯排骨都炸得幾好整體上這個送十分滿意 。反而最失望係炒鱔糊,食落去其實是味都唔錯,而且仲有芽菜和韭黃選擇,但係食咗第二口之後,下面全部都係油, 係多到完全唔想再食下面嘅菜,所以我哋只係食咗面嗰一些, 已經冇食,整體嚟講嘢食係唔差但係偏油嘅關係,所以就覺得唔係咁好食。

再一次來到大澳,是的,再一次,是因為想伸展一下筋骨吧。還未行程之前,先醫肚,走到君鴻上海小館吃個午餐先,而且在不同日子再來,食番兩餐。從餐牌上點選了一客客飯,加一杯餐飲,便是這麼的簡單。第一次點來保雞丁,以青椒、洋蔥、紅椒和花生與紅色怎雞件一起炒。當中的辛辣程不高,容易入口的,不錯吧。點來豆漿,作為是次的餐飲,豆漿中豆味不算濃郁,甜度適中。第二次再來的時候,點來糖醋魚塊,橙紅色的魚塊配以洋蔥、紅椒、青椒及菠蘿,酸甜頗高,食落也是幾醒胃的,餸飯一流。女友點來嫰雞煨麵,是在上海菜館一貫的主食。雞肉切粒,加上麵條,鄉滑的,亦具有黐黏的口感,麵條和雞肉都有幾嫰的口感。兩次到來都是吃不同的菜式,可作多嚐試吧。

点了宮保雞丁套飯可惜湯已送完48元5蚊茶錢加一跟著細數材料計有雞丁,青椒紅椒花生洋蔥片家鄉感覺竟然浮現那個白飯是一個中國人吃的有咬頭的雪白米飯炒得很什沒腰果卻有心機這個客飯有兩点1 紅彤彤 什麼料都走過油 油淋淋,但這正是家鄉感覺2 花生益了,試用, 確定了 惟有棄權可能是大澳獨家上海幫館子
