如題!!!好耐前我第一次食仲比咗個好評依間鋪!最近食咗幾次真係忍唔住要比個差評佢!!以前無論係口水雞定口水手撕雞都十分之好味!宜家我係度懷疑緊個飯究竟係咪比人食嘅!!!一D都唔香口啦宜家!擺入口就知道係十分之敷衍嘅做法!個墊底嘅菜仲要壞咗!d雞都唔好食!食得出擺雪櫃好耐感覺!簡直令人髮指!好難食啊大佬!!係咪換咗人吖!做到甘難食!講真之前係我同我對象依度間鋪嘅評分真係好高分!宜家簡直要負分宜家間鋪係甘改餐牌 少咗牛丁飯 多咗冷麵同燒烤啊!係啦!講到燒烤初初啱開始有燒烤我都有同朋友入去支持吓【覺得個哥哥仔派傳單都好有禮貌~】以前仲有燒安格斯牛粒,宜家改下改下又冇咗講真d燒烤勁濕 ,調味粉好少!要咗辣都唔辣!樓面個哥哥仔叫廚房個阿姐落多d粉啦,個阿姐就係甘話好多啦好多啦!上到檯見到d粉少到可憐,係真係冇乜燒烤味!而且真係好濕,我之前係旺角老x皇度食燒烤,人家燒到干身又香口!好心老細去學習下啦!然之後第一次食燒烤時覺得個【牛油雜菌】好食嘅!!簡直係嗰晚嘅全場MVP!!所以第二次都為咗個雜菌再去幫襯,結果第二次個雜菌都冇甘好食,當然燒烤都係!【而且我真係好唔鐘意個阿姐企廚房,佢做野求其又孤寒次次去親只要係佢企廚房個食物質素一定唔掂,上次燒烤好難食係佢,今晚個手撕雞甘難食又係佢拜拜👋🏻阿姐~】總體就係食物質素直線下降啦!唔知係咪因為個疫情關係,生意差D野擺雪櫃度擺好耐啦。但係我覺得做嘅人都有問題咯,keep唔到個質素。如果一直係甘嘅質素,我應該都唔會再幫襯。 continue reading

六點左右裕民坊行完街,就諗住過康寧道搵嘢食。路經呢間餐廳標榜總廚曾任職多間知名酒店酒家,所以決定走入呢間小店試試。環境格局類似茶餐廳小菜鋪,座位環境都乾淨企理,畢竟開業唔係只有三,四個月。▪️ 酸菜魚 - $38酸菜魚湯底好鮮甜,特意向店員一問得知湯底用大魚經過數小時淆製。另外魚用脆鯛魚,一啲都無骨,食落好爽口。酸菜分量適中,唔會太鹹又唔會太酸, 送白飯一流。▪️ 孜然牛丁 - $38新鮮熱辣烤出,孜然味非常惹味。牛丁係用牛面肉,入口軟腍,牛味重得嚟但又唔會有騷味,唔錯。▪️ 香辣海蜇 - $32麻油同辣油兩者調配適中,海蜇好爽口,唔似出面有啲海蜇好大鹼水味,口感好有咬口,份量足價錢平,只係賣32蚊,抵食。▪️ 口水手撕雞 - $38口水汁調教得好好,慈味得嚟又唔會太鹹,手撕雞分量好足,無骨食落啖啖肉,而且雞肉都好嫩滑。▪️ 芝士忌廉蘑菇釀雞翼 - $32雞翼脹卜卜,芝士味好濃郁,內裏有磨菇配搭,成個組合非常之夾,好味。老闆員工好好人見我哋嗌咁多嘢, 仲送兩碗用雞骨淆製數小時嘅冬瓜雞湯畀我哋消暑,認真唔話得。性價比高再加上熱情嘅招呼,一定會再幫襯。 continue reading
