今晚6位朋友約好一齊為其中2位慶祝生日,揀選喜粤私房菜,因為有其他朋友幫襯過而推介。人齊後就開始上菜,首先有清酒凍南非鮮鮑魚,鮑魚夠淋,而蘿蔔亦好入味,好味!精美3小碟鎮江小排骨避風塘茄子金沙鮮淮山茄子及淮山都出色。黑蒜螺頭燉雞湯,首先個湯好滾,而且亦好好飲,從職員得知前後燉6小時。松露醬明蝦球,大隻虎蝦,而且蝦肉好爽,推介!蔥油淋海斑,廚房已經起骨並切片,魚肉新鮮嫩滑,功夫菜式!陳年花雕蒸蟹伴烏冬,蟹肉滲滿花雕酒香,烏冬撈汁一流。小黃米浸菜苗,莧菜質素及味道OK, 不過以私房菜來講,菜式太過簡單普通。脆皮芝麻雞,首先略為未夠熟,另外感覺太多芝麻。對比其他菜式較為差啲。特色甜品,有好幾款甜品選擇,除芒果布丁太酸外,其他都OK。整體來講,大部分菜式都算特別,菜苗及芝麻雞就有進步空間。服務方面,點解唔安排同客人介紹每道菜的特點?環境方面,坐得舒服。 continue reading

阿姨話這家私房菜好抵食,就同屋企人一起過來試下。我們看中套餐,人均500HKD,加埋甜品都有12道菜,真算抵食!牛油白飯魚炸得好香口,不會油膩。柚子白玉涼瓜做法都算特別,外面很難見到,但是都有小小苦味。鮑魚煮得很入味,不過個頭不算大,但是勝在新鮮。蟲草花栗子螺頭湯,這個真是不得了,湯裡面落足料,非常好飲,可惜一人只有一份,完全不夠飲。避風塘炒蟹同外面橋X炒蟹味道差不多,但是蟹都算大隻,好味。脆皮芝麻雞,蒸海斑都不錯,人均500能吃到那麼道菜,真是吃得好飽出來! continue reading
