嘉韻酒樓 (Closed)

we had 翡翠炒球and steamed 頭腩cost $168. the 斑球is very very large pieces and there are many. more than normal. it is fresh. there are many 西蘭花too. steamed 頭腩had many meat. only about 1/3 are 頭. it steamed with 陳皮and it tastes good. 很抵we also had a soup. $60. tastes good too.

星期一至五晚有任食火鍋，$48一位，當然要加些茶介等費用，每人最後大約$70，都算底。任食的食物種類很多，其中的鯪魚球味道及質感不錯。另外，加$12可有12串鮮蝦，蝦是即叫即撈(從酒樓魚缸)，上檯時蝦仍會動的，熟了後味道非常鮮美。

it is still $48 each head. however, it added $18 each for the sauce fee! what? it is only soya sauce! no tea is provided and so no tea charge. food and drink is still unlimited supply. it is still cheap.

friends came to my home and had dinner together. the roasted goose is still good but the lobster is disappointing. may be too many people. i t is cooked in advance.

just came back from Egypt. had a great dinner with my honey. two ppl had a set of lobster ($198), corn and carrot soup ($50) and fish maw with muchroom. the lobster is quite good. have about 8 pieces of large meat. i think it is Australian because it is quite large and very sweet. there is udo and golden mushroom below. we are too full to finish. there are quite many fish maw. it is tasty and good for beauty.

tired to go to Tsuen Wan on Sunday morning. had dim sum for brunch. the chicken congee is ok. other dim sum is so so

a comfortable place to have congee and dim sum as breakfast on Sunday monring .

Two ppl ordered a seafood set, $228, including a steamed fish, six little adbolones, and steamed garlic shrimp. All are fresh and tasty. but the shrimp is quite small. It siad they are "medium" shrimp. We also ordered a mixed vegetable ($42). It tastes OK and it is quite large .

had half roasted goose ($120) take away. it tastes good and the meat is tender enough. it is the beast roasted goose in Sham Tseng.

really very cheap. we had coupon so we can choose $38 soup for free. we chosen fish and tofu. although actually, there is not much fish taste and we didnt' drink the soup, i quite love it. if there is no coupon, there are still other $28 soup be chosen for free. each person is $48, all food and drink (including beer) is free. my honey said the lamb is good. the fat beef is not very tender. eel, vegetables are my favourite. others are ok. many many ppl. we arrived at 6:35 on friday and no need t

two ppl had five dim sum. only about $100. quite cheap. the shrimp rice roll, pan-fried turnip cake, BBQ-pork pastry and vegetable and meat bun are ok. but the skin of scallop dumpling is too thick.

i have waited to make review for this restaurant for long!I live nearby and so sometimes go to this resturant for dinner. the food, service and environement is ok. price is also reasonable.we two ppl had a grouper and tofu pot. there are many pieces of grouper. haha.. i want some more tofu. but there are only three pieces. another dish is vegetable in superior soup. ok la. quite large. the resturant gave Thailand dessert before. but now it seems need to pay. instead, it now serves chinese desser
