同事話要去試吓呢間位於上環街市既「四溢燒味店(明記)」,香港既熟食中心一向臥虎藏龍,每間都唔可以睇小! 分別order左2個招牌燒味一人套餐,$55 已經有菜有湯,脆皮燒腩仔個皮好脆,雖然冇上網講得咁誇張又熱又盛,餐廳寫明 11:00am/4:00pm先會出爐一次,但總算皮脆👍 叉燒我點左瘦叉,瘦叉係人都知稍一不慎就又乾又柴,呢度Pass!唔算特別juicy 但蜜汁咸咸甜甜都幾好餸飯!🥳燒鵝應該係呢度名物(?),我試左一舊,油香重,但係略嫌唔夠肥,比較瘦,如果肥啲就好🫢送左個湯,哥哥仔話係即日煲,個節瓜湯好甜,下次唔使嗌凍飲直接試吓個湯!另外要提下佢個飯,個白飯靚,個豉油靚,燒味就係要配靚飯🍚呢個價錢,好過食連鎖店😉我覺得遊客都可以嚟試吓!✣ 脆皮燒腩仔拼瘦叉+生菜+凍飲 $55+3(凍飲)✣ 明爐燒鵝拼脆皮燒腩仔+菜芯+凍飲 $55+10(燒鵝 )+3(凍飲)+5(半隻鹹蛋)

已經係第三次叫外賣 (一個小時後返到屋企開飯),諗住比多最後一次機會呢間小店,因對上一次已經唔好食,電話落單講到明要半肥瘦叉燒,返到屋企打開個蓋全部都係又瘦、又乾、又硬 (例牌$78) 仲話馳名?而燒鵝下莊就只有骨同皮($128 極之搵笨!),燒腩仔又硬、皮又淋 (例牌$78),唯一油鷄比較正常。一共$380食D咁難食搵笨嘅嘢,真係永遠永遠無下次!!!

價錢親民,性價比高!味道口感無得輸!香港島真係乜都貴過人,雖然話呢檔燒味係街市樓上熟食中心!地方又好乾淨企理,而且價錢確實係好親民!味道真係好味,隻燒鵝上枱仲出哂煙,义燒都係熱辣辣!原先我想要埋燒肉,可惜我去到既時候已經好味到估清咗(唯有我下次再早D去試)大家有時間不仿去試下呢檔絕對比得上大酒樓酒店既燒味檔。另外配飯或配瀨粉都好正!瀨粉既湯真係用番燒味既骨去煲,好正!我食完碗瀨粉平時唔飲湯既我,竟然飲哂成碗瀨粉既上湯,可想言之真係

好耐好耐無嚟上環熟食中心食飯時間 爆晒場熱鬧到啲回聲你同隔離講嘢都要控埋啲送熱飲或例湯 凍飲加三蚊下午茶時間兩點半開始單雙拼飯減六至九蚊例湯睇下其他枱差唔多七成人都係等緊開飯斬燒味唔係好快㗎咩!?結果我個飯都等咗十五分鐘以上先嚟如果食飯得一個鐘可能會好趕叫咗燒鵝五寶飯七十八蚊幾鐘意佢個燒味豉油燒鵝真係麻麻皮係乾嗰隻脆仲斬唔斷晒 食到成口碎骨燒腩仔都係普通反而覺得叉燒好好味鐘意肥叉要食食黯淡銷魂飯(肥淋叉加煎蛋)穩陣收八達通
