崩沙牛腩拼魚蛋

崩沙牛腩靚仔到呢, 是真正的崩沙腩, 崩沙腩是牛腩中最矜貴的部位, 好易認, 有層牛的橫膈膜與腩肉相連, 軟腍味香, 肥瘦適中, 可謂牛腩中的極品, 坑腩肉味濃郁, 入口鬆軟, 食完口中有微微的鹵水回香, 好食。
魚蛋則爽口彈牙, 用胡椒除腥, 魚鮮味很不錯。

今天跟一個快離開香港的好朋友送別。離開香港前總應該找些特色食品。這個有手工餃子和鵝肉的小店挺有特色。餐廳環境算也算寬敞。先來個鵝肉拼盤:這道令人垂涎的佳肴。有鵝背、鵝掌、鵝紅、鵝腎、還有鹹菜和芽菜。入口香濃。搭配的配菜清爽,恰到好處。然後食 煎韭菜餃:底部外皮金黃酥脆,內餡鮮美,餃子裡的豬肉與韭菜新鮮好吃。煎麻辣旺菜餃:明顯的麻辣味,適合喜愛重口味的食客。酸辣湯:酸度適中,辣味醇厚,配料豐富。豆腐、木耳和蔬菜的搭配,既開胃又暖心。不得不讚這店的辣醬味道不錯,香又勁。這頓餐點呈現了多樣的風味,上海的酸辣湯,客家風味的鵝肉,和廣東的餃子,真是多元化。
