塔門新漢記嘅飯菜真係正到冇話說!嗰碟椒鹽鮮魷,咬落去外皮脆卜卜,裡面魷魚肉嫩滑得嚟又唔會太韌,鹹香微辣薄薄一層,惹味得嚟唔會過分搶味,實在係隔離鋪頭都聞到嗰種好食🦑。至於嗰碟白灼蝦,鮮味絕對係滿分,彈牙肉質,一啖啖嘅滿足,蘸吓特製嘅醬汁,直頭係鮮上加鮮,正宗海鮮嘅味覺享受🍤。當然唔少得話你知,嗰盤海膽炒飯都係啱食到暈,飯粒彈牙唔爛,海膽鮮滑解海鮮癮,蔥花提香,呢個集合咗海洋精華嘅一道佳餚真係正呀!蒜蓉炒菜心都幾得,清新脆口補充咗啲青菜嘅需要。老實講,塔門呢間館子嘅飯菜,真係叫我有種滿足到唔想走嘅感覺。整體來講,呢次嘅飲食體驗可以用「爽口又過癮」嚟形容,真心會想再嚟一次!👍🏻 continue reading

行山行到半餓死,嚟到塔門不如搞搞餸啦!好彩撞正這間,環境滿唔錯。豉油王魷魚炒麵夠哂香,魷魚爽口得滑,個炒麵真係駛唔使多講,頂級!炸墨魚丸好有彈性,咬落去層次感十足,唔會太膠,喺暈暈地個口味度掂晒!就算個奶茶普通過路,但打完風呀,凍一凍都算係咁解困。未完,茶餐廳必點海膽炒飯真係喺呢度搵到新定義,新鮮海膽非常入味,炒飯粒粒分明,蛋香撲鼻,簡直係粤語嘅「滋味」二字嘅現身啊!而家諗起都仲口水直流呢。餐廳嘅老闆娘真心好客,搭車搭船都值得!下次揾食,記得塔門呢度有一間,唔該上啦!👌🦐🍚 continue reading

今次參加咗個本地團,由馬料水出發,去探索塔門及鴨洲島,塔門就學生年代去過一次露營,鴨洲島真喺聽都未聽過,原來喺香港好北嘅一個小島,望過對面就喺鹽田港,非常近,最估唔到原來個島曾經好多居民住過,依家都仲有街渡服務,但就好疏。行程中段,先嚟到塔門嘅「新漢記」食團餐。現時塔門都仲喺不時有好多人上島旅遊或露營,島上都有唔少人住,以及有唔少商舖、食肆,「新漢記」屬村屋建築物,上下共兩層,故此格局比較細,樓底比較矮,好有一派老風情。據了解,佢哋主要都喺做團餐多,算最搵錢嘅收入來源。順手亦影低個餐牌俾大家當參考,當然,我哋食團餐嘅,都喺嗰幾款指定款式,為免阻人開飯,所以,啲相都喺快快手隨意影。鹽水雞人齊起餸,第一碟喺鹽水雞,擺得好靚仔,都無話求其斬完新算。隻雞唔太肥,而啲肉質亦算嫩滑,雖然只喺簡簡單單嘅鹽水雞,但鹹鹹哋,食到啲雞鮮味。白灼蝦靠山食山,靠海食海,團餐當然都有啲海鮮菜式,白灼蝦更加喺唔少得,因為製作簡單吖嘛!碟蝦好大碟吓,大家都可以食到好多隻,包滿足,而啲蝦鮮味十足,蝦肉結實有彈性。鮮菇扒時蔬團餐中蔬菜類菜式有兩道,先呢個小棠菜,我就覺得師父啲炒工唔錯,小棠菜炒得啱啱好,帶少少爽身,芡汁亦唔會太多,當然草菇應該似喺罐頭貨㗎喇,整體算喺做得穩陣。魚蛋紫菜湯湯品就有番啲漁村小島風情,就喺紫菜湯,大大鍋嘅紫菜湯睇都睇到好多紫菜,所以,味道清得嚟有陣陣紫菜味,鹹鹹哋咁啦;啲魚蛋唔知來貨定自己做,感覺唔錯,彈牙有魚味,至少唔喺溝粉貨色。炸墨魚丸睇食評見好多人都讚呢個菜式,所以,我都對佢抱有期望,講真啲墨魚丸大大粒,又炸到金黃,真喺好有睇頭,不過食落又唔喺咁犀飛利,個墨魚味無預期咁突出,質感都OK,唔會話好粉。蒸魚雖然,團餐中無呢度嘅招牌椒鹽鮮魷,但呢條蒸黃立䱽都好唔錯,啲魚肉入口好嫩滑,有魚鮮味,同枱嘅人都鍾意食魚,所以,好搶手,唔喺講笑,轉頭都已經無晒。生炒排骨喺港式小炒嘅經典菜式,人人都鍾意食,皆因酸酸甜甜好醒胃, 睇過芡汁多到呢……撈飯就啱晒;講到啲排骨,其實好OK,炸得都算鬆化,咬落層皮仲有啲脆口,個甜酸汁調教得唔錯,至少唔會好嗆喉。油菜另一記蔬菜菜式就喺最後上枱嘅灼生菜,其實睇都知無咩特別,簡單灼熟,淋上豉油而已,不過,灼得剛剛熟,咬落嗦嗦聲。因為喺團餐,菜式就唔算好特別,但碟頭大,好足份量,加上白飯任裝,而每枱只喺8人,我呢枱基本上女士多,所以,吃得小弟好飽,最緊要都喺大家食得開心啫,完咗仲有啲時間周圍行下添,幫助消化! continue reading

最近聖誕節🎄有連假,當然要去一去郊外呼吸下新鮮空氣啦,今次同🐻仔唔係去長洲、南丫島,反而去塔門 — 一個小小嘅島嶼,可以係黃石碼頭或者馬料水碼頭搭船🛳️過去㗎!去到當然要試下塔門最出名嘅海膽炒飯同炸墨魚丸啦🙈!-🍴海膽炒飯($138) - 海膽加埋入去蛋炒飯,成件事高級咗🤣,海膽煮熟咗之後有啲似雞蛋🥚,就連個口感都差不多,不過偏向深色。如果集齊多啲海膽粒一齊食,個海膽味先會食到🤣。也米😍覺得一試無妨,不過一次就夠🫢。-🍴炸墨魚丸🦑($98) - 原本想問吓有冇半份叫,可惜餐廳冇供應😯,只可以叫一份嚟試吓,一份大大份有成20粒😶‍🌫️,會有附送一小碟甜酸醬。墨魚丸食到真係有墨魚肉係入面🤭,唔會好粉漿嘅感覺,又唔會醒,點住甜酸醬幾開胃👍🏻!-🍴泰式奶茶☕️($30) - 因為係泰式,偏向甜啲,不過飲飲吓發現,好似有啲杏仁味。 continue reading
