我首先叫了崩沙腩魚皮餃河粉($58)。崩沙腩肥瘦剛好,軟腍味香,筋膜連帶著少少肉末,味道一流!而魚皮餃餡料鮮美,帶有魚肉鮮香,配搭口感滑順的河粉,河粉充分吸收湯汁味道,讓人感受到柔軟而有彈性的口感,亦很入味!配上跟餐的凍檸菜,的確令人滿足!
