今晚同老公找食,見到這店,覺得比一般茶記舒服,便入去試試。叫了二人餐。我們選了豬手、肉骨茶、蒜泥五花肉,一個黃油飯及白飯,例湯及飲品。先來兩碗份量及質量都👍🏻。我一向🙅飲例湯,但它的顏色令我覺得🤔⋯⋯而且湯溢出香氣🙂。試嚐一口,真的很有味,不鹹,覺得甜及肉味。真的像老火湯。這是豬骨紅蘿蔔湯👍🏻。豬手真的好好味,首先,那層皮煙靭,不是淋淋的,肉質也彈。肉骨茶,份量很足,但嫌味道偏甜,不像平時食的,但肉不算鞋。蒜泥五花肉,切得薄薄的,我們很欣賞那些蒜蓉,很香很開胃,而且不是蒜粒。我第一次食都很喜歡😋(因為平時果啲不吸引我)。看到周邊的食客叫的小菜都不錯呢!下次一定再試

行過路過, 見有餐廳大大的招牌 " 大師傅 ", 夠膽稱之為 " 大師傅 ", 相信廚師的廚藝應該有一定功夫, 而且滿有自信的, 於是就入去幫襯 ~Menu ~極品去骨海南雞飯 $45 : 賣相不俗, 因為已去骨, 所以更感啖啖肉, 放件鷄肉入口就覺驚喜, 雞的肉質細緻, 嫩滑又厚肉 , 皮下脂肪少 , 雞味濃鮮; 配上香口的油飯, 滋味無窮, 絶對是極品海南鷄飯 ~凍鴛鴦 ( 另加 $ 5 ) : 咖啡和茶的比例都很不錯, 入口奶滑濃香, 甜度也適中, 盡顯港式風味, 還不錯喝的 ~本篇完 ~

極品去骨海南雞飯 $45 : 賣相不俗, 因為已去骨, 所以更感啖啖肉, 放件鷄肉入口就覺驚喜, 雞的肉質細緻, 嫩滑又厚肉 , 皮下脂肪少 , 雞味濃鮮; 配上香口的油飯, 滋味無窮, 絶對是極品海南鷄飯 ~

凍鴛鴦 ( 另加 $ 5 ) : 咖啡和茶的比例都很不錯, 入口奶滑濃香, 甜度也適中, 盡顯港式風味, 還不錯喝的 ~

第二次來食,點左“乾炒牛河”。因為第一次來食時叫左沙爹炒牛河,隔離臺叫左乾炒牛河,炒得非常香,食緊沙爹牛ge我頓覺失色,而且個沙爹炒牛河,第一淡已經勁味精味道,哈哈,不過都ok啦……味精無阻我想試佢的乾炒牛河,所以今日點左,今次個氣味就無上次咁香,但就唔覺上次咁濃味精,碟河系炒得靚ge,油量適中,不會膩,一碟份量都足,但對於高食量的人士就未必夠,我自己就剛剛好。再來的其中一個原因還有佢的環境,坐得舒服,衛生也不錯。

大師傅的確係一間幾唔錯嘅餐廳,食品質素屬中上,服務員態度幾好,環境乾淨舒適,呢度🈶各式各樣嘅早餐,包括有扒類嘅早餐,又或者公仔麵餐,任君選擇,我鍾意食公仔麵,所以就叫咗一個雞扒腸仔麵餐,碗麵到咗枱面,我睇到塊雞扒煎🉐好靚,微焦,而且仲🈶少少黑椒碎,食落非常香口,而且份量都唔少,腸仔有炸過,正🈴我心意,麵質非常之彈,果然係大師傅!另外午餐都🈶好高水準,我叫咗涼瓜牛肉飯,涼瓜爽脆🈶咬口,依然保留到苦味,牛肉好鮮嫩,一食就知係用新鮮牛肉(並非使用梳打牛),而且夠嫩滑🈶肉汁,真係好考師傅功力,以後食早餐或午飯又多一個好去處了

服務罕見的好 環境乾淨舒服,麥片粥很合我口味,但是那個炒蛋有一種說不上來的怪味道 份量不多,位置好找 其實是要D2 出口右轉就看到了,比較喜歡的還是服務態度 ,在吃過這麼多香港餐廳,算是少有的,總體上算不錯囉!

見新開,去試一試。食2人餐,湯好甜,讚,煎肉餅也好味,可惜份量小(得4小件)。但到主菜就出事了…… 海南雞得塊皮係熟嘅,生到不得了,舉手要求換,侍應態度很好,10分鐘後換了另一碟。嘩!一反轉,成碟得2件薄肉的熟,其他粉紅透明嘅!!!趕時間,唯有走先,走咗以後唔會再返嚟。

此點開張不久但一向午市人多,今午單丁食飯膽粗一試,等候十多分鐘得到了搭檯卡位,叫來了霹靂(pig leg豬髀)飯套餐,飯、餸、奶茶分開一Tray上,還用$10加點了例湯和唐生菜,飯是香軟米煮,豬髀分量適中但最重要是有gravy(肉汁),因而十分下飯,而肥羔少肉質味道也好,不過建議如果有五香味則更佳,同時例湯算少味精,唐生菜亦爽脆新鮮,此餐共$55屬中上價整體卻算合格有餘。另外由於新開張地方非常整潔,服務人手亦充裕。
