《魚生飯定食》$75 呢個魚生飯定食,除咗一碗魚生飯之外,仲包埋前菜、沙律,同埋茶碗蒸,真係超抵食!個魚生飯啲三文魚係厚切嘅😋 刺身都算新鮮,高性價比👍🏻💕《日式叉燒拉麵定食》$46 雖然只係$46,但食物質素一啲都唔似$46,拉麵有足5塊叉燒,啲拉麵有質素,湯底就正正常常,至於配菜就係平價拉麵嘅粟米同海苔,都係性價比高👍🏻🥰 加$20就可以加一碟刺身(三文魚x2, 北寄貝x2, 甜蝦x2)、前菜同沙律🥗 《茶碗蒸》(跟魚生飯定食/ 加$15)茶碗蒸啲蛋有啲蒸得過咗龍,太熟,但入面有鰻魚同埋帶子即刻加返分。至於飲品方面,可以加$5有汽水,或者飲免費嘅抹茶🍵,唔係綠茶茶包,而係抹茶粉沖嘅抹茶,配魚生飯一流😋

再要一提是鼎盛的份量,吃得我肚子百分百滿載之餘,就連大胃王老公也無能力全清餘下的。超級新鮮、超級新鮮、超級多料, 強烈推介 $88 元的吞拿魚腩碎飯!

雞扒燒得香脆,雞皮是最焦香、最豐味的焦點!然而在咖喱方面,卻完全不是我倆所想的日本咖喱,反而偏辛和香氣,與港式口味的咖喱更類近,雖然味道不差,但跟日本料理的感覺則有點距離!

「大阪定食」可以以 HK$20 加配沙律前菜刺身 (三文魚、北寄貝、甜蝦各兩件),還有HK$15 日式海鮮茶碗蒸HK$5罐裝飲品

我們選了茶碗蒸,蒸蛋質感細滑、蛋內藏有冬菇、小帶子和肉類等,可鮮味和濃度來得較輕,效果一般!

燒烤和下鹽的效果不錯,不會過焦、鹽亦沒有下太重,每一口也感受到魚頭鮫的香和豐美的魚脂,HK$34 的收費,相信光是買料也不夠,非常的抵吃,下次再試鹽燒油甘魚魚鮫!

佢每一件刺身都好厚!!佢個海膽唔係臭㗎😆😆太好!平時我唔係咁鍾意食油甘魚,因為有時會食到有筋同埋有怪味 。佢啲刺身真係食得出係新鮮!

是日大伙兒從日本釣魚回來後選了大阪一起分享大家努力的成果....我們自携了幾條新鮮飛機運到黑毛 (口太)及石鯛 (尾長)給大廚加工, 另點了幾道舊店常叫的三文魚腩、鰻魚及左口魚火炙及串燒魚肉刺身...魚鮫做雜魚燒, 輕輕的調味已相當味美...新店就左舊店附近左轉小巷, 舖面裝修很有日本小店的感覺.. 呷一口生啤, 吃一盤鮮魚刺身...朋友聚一聚, 樂哉!
