土瓜灣附近一間不太起眼的小店,店面擺放有很多餐牌,望落都幾吸引。裡面環境類似茶餐廳,乾淨企理,店員好熱情過黎招呼我地坐低,跟住就介紹呢度的特色菜。主要以家常菜式為主,價格都唔貴。開波先黎一碗老火湯,住家飯的必定流程肯定唔少得,今日係紅蘿蔔豬骨湯,湯料足,夠火候,同其他快手湯唔同,直頭係阿媽只味,天氣甘熱黎碗靚湯真係好正,老細都好好人,飲完仲繼續幫我加左一晚,靚湯真係飲多幾碗都得。跟住梗係試下招牌碌鵝啦,肉質好有鵝味,新鮮,染曬焦糖色,好入味,聞落仲有淡淡醬香,油脂分佈均勻,口感滑順、皮薄肉嫩,啲鵝汁用黎撈飯都好正。椒鹽鮮魷就一定要夠爽口,唔可以太老會韌,這個就做得岩岩好,望落金黃色,又脆口,而且冇腥味,魷魚肉夠厚,口感超好,有大排檔個只味!脆皮炸大腸賣相好吸引,外面的皮脆脆的,一口咬下去都可以聽到那種喀啦喀啦的脆聲,入口香脆,随后油脂四溢,唇齿留香!可以食到脆口的炸大腸實在難得!肉食完當然要黎個青菜啦,百合炒西兰花清淡还不失美味,在百合配合下略帶青菜的清甜味,西蘭花又多汁脆嫩,食完一堆肉之後食呢個就岩好啦。總體黎講,容記小廚主打住家菜味道,食材新鮮足料,菜式都帶有溫暖親切的家庭風味,味精之類調味料又唔多,養生又健康,掛住阿媽住的飯黎呢度就岩了! continue reading

在土瓜灣附近工作後,經過見到有間新開嘅小店,於是決定跟同事去試吓。呢晚叫咗以下菜式:紅蘿蔔薏米冬瓜湯- 坐低店員就送上免費老火湯,飲落足料又消暑,很有誠意。鹹蛋蒸肉餅 - 肉餅多汁彈牙,食落一啲都唔會肥膩,加上咸香嘅鹹蛋黃,好餸飯。招牌碌鵝庄 - 呢碟餸果然係招牌,鵝肉炆得鮮嫩入味,食到陣陣鵝油香,仲有爽脆嘅鵝腎,炆得入味嘅鵝掌鵝翼,個汁似甜甜哋嘅豉油雞汁,食到停唔到口。椒鹽豬扒 - 椒鹽豬扒很惹味,一啲都唔柴,唔錯。菠蘿生炒骨 - 生炒骨外層炸粉上得唔厚,但做到薄脆掛汁,再加埋三色椒同菠蘿,味道酸酸甜甜,好開胃。蜜椒鱔球 - 鱔球炸得香脆,魚肉爽脆鮮味,完全無腥味,配上香甜嘅蜜汁,食完一件又一件。凍檸茶 - 有幾片厚切檸檬,加上香濃嘅茶底,而家真係唔多餐廳提供呢類高質檸檬茶。綠豆沙 - 味道少甜又足料,清熱之選。餐廳雖然係街坊小店,但所有出品都好有誠意,食材新鮮,味道很不錯,加上店員有禮殷勤,絕對是encore之選。 continue reading

跟老友閒遊紅磡,行到崇潔街見有間容記小廚,見佢哋嘅餐牌的晚飯小菜都唔錯咁,就一於進入開餐囉。餐廳裝修簡樸,但環境乾淨衛生,近7點的時間入席都有七成多,人流暢旺啊。食小菜要點些下酒菜,豉椒炒蜆,蜆的size剛好,肉質飽滿冇沙,配料有洋蔥、三色椒,配上豉椒汁炒很惹味。脆皮咕嚕肉,炸得香脆入口夠哂香口,肉質爽帶點肥肉,醬汁酸甜味令人開胃,配上新鮮的菠蘿🍍,清甜解油膩☺️。豉汁蒸黃花魚,加上薑蔥蒸更加惹味,需則有點細骨,但魚肉滑溜熟度剛好,確係唔錯👍。鴨煲,內有菇類、豬皮一併煮理,調味很好不會過咸,且沒有油膩感。雖然沒有華麗裝修,但食物味道好,價格又親民,性價比不錯,難怪成為街坊常吃的小菜店。 continue reading
