今晚我們去咗佐敦上海街嘅「富豪燒臘飯店」買外賣自取返屋企食！我們買咗燒肉嘅皮相當鬆脆，肉質都幾鬆軟，但味道就鹹咗啲啲！白切鷄嘅肉質都算軟滑，但雪藏味就非常重，味道怪怪嘅！叉燒飯嘅叉燒肉質好鬆化，唔會好硬實，蜜汁嘅味道好香甜！老火例湯煲得唔算好夠火候，味道比較淡！ continue reading

今天中午飯時段見到堂食座位有點逼狹還是外賣回公司吃我要了一盒叉燒切雞飯,叉嬈和切雞切好後整齋地鋪在飯面上,賣相幾討好叉燒雖然是全廋,但肉質幾嫩好淋身而且帶有密糖的甜味切雞半隻雞脾位,但雞味不太明顯有幸夠嫩滑已算好貨式了軟硬適中的白飯飯粒分明,有飯香加上薑蓉醬油,令味道更覺立體燒臘雙併飯$26非常抵食,不妨試試 continue reading

    二月上旬‧晴純粹路過這間燒臘店，本來真的沒有什麼興趣，但見有用五花腩做成的叉燒，非常吸引，又斬十元來試試。味道不太甜，肥肉爽口而瘦肉不算很韌，非常對辦。見叉燒不錯，又斬一條。有肉味也鬆化，很有水準。值得一試的店子。 continue reading
