見網上外賣平台有外賣自取優惠，即刻食返我平時最鍾意食嘅將軍麵店，見佢加咗新嘅菜式，水煮魚麵，我就嗌黎試吓。另外當然會叫返平時鍾意食嘅牛腱麵再加炸醬麵。牛腱麵同埋炸醬麵嘅水準都有維持得到，但反而水煮魚嘅麵我又覺得一般。同我想像中有少少出入。不過佢又真係抵食嘅咁大大碗手工麵都係$40幾我成日諗唔到食咩都會食佢。住開天水圍嘅朋友，去開新北江搵食應該都唔會陌生。下次都係繼續食飯，佢嘅招牌麵就比較穩陣。 continue reading

天水圍嘅新北江商場出名多平靚正嘅街坊美食！呢間將軍麵館餐廳環境雖然唔大，可能有時候要同其他人一齊搭枱，但睇得出呢到都係一間比較受街坊歡迎嘅街坊飯堂～將軍牛展炸醬湯麵💰HK$55湯底味道清甜，配料亦好豐富，有白菜絲、京式炸醬同蔥花！牛展味道中規中矩，京式炸醬咸咸香香，比坊間一般嘅炸醬較惹味～豬頸肉炸醬湯麵💰HK$47呢到嘅上海粗麵有少少似烏冬嘅感覺，麵質偏煙韌，而且掛湯能力都高！豬頸肉爽口彈牙，整體感覺幾出色～ continue reading
