To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

葵涌真係好多細舖頭，雖然細細地但係佢哋未到絕對不輸出邊嘅大舖頭。而呢間舖就係我私心推薦嘅一間上海餐廳，真係平靚正。🔖豬扒擔擔麵（$42）呢度嘅擔擔麵真係好香花生味，肉碎都好好食，加上蔥花早點綴令成碗麵睇落更加吸引。豬扒份量適中，煎得好香脆，配埋擔擔麵一齊食呢個組合非常惹味🔖小籠包四隻（$26）小籠包同之前嘅味道有啲唔同，感覺冇之前咁新鮮，肉質嘅味道都唔夠以前好，希望老細可以改善下🔖夫妻肺片（$32）夫妻肺片睇落好細一碗，但係其實份量非常多，而味道都醃得好入味，推薦大家可以試吓😙

上海呢間餐廳開咗好多年，星期六下晝12點開舖，所以入到去都好多位可以坐，自己一個嚟獨食嗌咗個招牌擔擔麵。雖然喺唔同地方都食過擔擔麵，但我覺得呢間嘅擔擔麵係我心目之中嘅No.1😎😎最值得讚嘅就係碗麵嘅湯底🥰首先湯底充滿濃濃嘅花生香味，湯底唔會太死鹹，面係用幼身嘅面，所以每一條掛麵上到痴住有湯汁，咁樣一啖湯加一啖拉麵嘅組合係最正嘅🤭另外加上蔥花點綴，賣相吸引。肉碎比嘅份量啱啱好，每啖食一啖面都有少少肉碎，食得非常滿足！推介鍾意擔擔麵嘅人都可以黎呢間試試☺️

小上海平日星期一至五，11:30至5:30有套餐，不過過了套餐時間食物都便宜，我最鐘意食酸辣麵，味道不會太酸太辣麵又唔太淋，再加一份炸春卷，又脆又唔太燶又多餡，最後再加多杯熱豆漿，豆漿真係好好👍🏻飲，整體好好食價錢都平，值得一試。

今朝因為食咗早餐，午餐想食少少嘢就夠，所以就嚟咗少上去食個擔擔麵！普通一碗擔擔麵$29，平日嘅話套餐$38就包埋麵+一個小食+豆漿一杯！一個餐來講都抵食！份量正常，好食！推薦！
