深水埗九江街有好幾間出名大排檔 但近來喺附近街口多左間車仔麵小店 , 食店好細間 入面坐到4,5 人 出面行左張枱坐到兩人 食物主要好似小食檔甘 喺門面既玻璃櫃會見到 牆身全部以藍色做底 show哂每樣可以點既唔同食物 顏色幾搶眼我同朋友打波前唸住食少少野先 首先黎個冷盤。 豬手 豬耳 鴨腎 同齋 , 豬手彈牙 , 豬耳同鴨腎醃得好入面, 齋都係自己整 酸甜開胃再黎個自制蝦子麵 蝦子好香 麵身夠咬口同幼 連埋佢自己秘制菜莆 十分香口, 菜莆食得出有蒜蓉辣醬 口感特別 冬菇好甜 雞腳夠多筋同爽口, 螺肉彈牙 豬紅偏粉狀 夠juicy雞翼尖係切雞嗰款黃色雞翼尖 蘿白好林抵讚 牛腩係坑腩所以比較有咬口 大腸又肥又爽口 推介!牛柏葉同燒賣都唔錯 重點係個辣醬。 有satay,.辣汁 秘制 大辣咖哩 特辣麻辣 , 全部自己調味 點任何餸都可以好match尤其係大辣咖哩 有辣椒又有咖哩 口感新穎 正!食店雖以車仔麵為主 但食物比較特別有創意 例如會有齋 蝦子麵 等等 食材 全部食得出每一樣都用心制作 以車仔麵黎講 可算係百吃一厭 每次經過都可以點小食食下 正!

呢間新開既車仔麵店位置並不起眼,但人流勁多,小店幾張枱經常爆滿。配料每樣都極有特式,好似涼伴小食白雲豬手、炸菜腎,熱食有蝦米餃(蝦米+豬肉混成)、豬腸、山刀大白蛋、懷舊魚蛋等餸都係鎮店之寶。估唔到店小小粉麵種類選擇幾多,連蝦子撈麵都有,而且呢度烏冬係用讚岐烏冬,質感煙韌,同平時出面粉麵店吃到的截然不同。老闆娘話用料成本係貴少少,但好味先最重要。呢度既醬汁亦由老闆娘一手一落炒成,佢係跟老師博學整,媽咪話似十足舊時細個食的味道,推介特辣咖哩同特辣麻辣。枱頭仲有一樽自家製辣菜甫,撈麵食一流!小店晚上8:00就關門,而且星期日同公眾假期休息,泥之前要留意一下營業時間。Mandymanlovefoodie 推介頭3位配料:-麻辣豬耳-糖心蘿蔔-醬汁魷魚三個人叫到成枱都係野食,埋單一人都只係大約$50,又抵又好味!!!
