每次經過這間小店定必大排長龍,皆因他們的小食非常高質素;尤其炸物,即叫即炸,香脆可口,聞到香味也覺吸引!<炸雞脾>比手掌還要大!雞脾先醃味,後蒸熟,有客人落單才炸起。不單皮脆肉嫩,還能保留肉汁在內。吃得辣的朋友記得多加辣粉,加倍惹味! <炸魚蛋>手打白魚肉魚蛋,真材實料,炸起來粒粒渾圓豐滿。即叫即炸更是爽口彈牙。

其實我是住在將軍澳的,不過一次機緣巧合之下去小食堡吃東西,之後就上癮啦不好意思喔,每次都忘了拍照,因為忍不著啦!!!炸大脾---超級推介!!!一般小食店的都會炸得黑黑,看到都覺得很油膩可是這裡的雞脾是會先蒸熟,然後再拿去炸,外皮脆脆的,但裡面的肉意想不到地滑嫩應該是因為先蒸熟吧~~炸魷魚鬚這個不是每次都有的!!可是真的超好吃,一定要加辣粉!!!不加就不好吃了!!!冰花大菜糕夏天最喜歡吃,這是老闆娘做的.夏天吃冰冰的可以解暑一定要多奶三寶這裡三寶很多選擇,我最喜歡就是炸雲吞,都不知道怎麼形容,好吃就是啦.不過最重要的是,老闆是即叫即炸!門口常常都會堆滿人,因為是即叫即炸,不過值喔!!!老闆和老闆娘很好人!!這樣的良心小食店香港已經不多啦,要好好珍惜!!

一般小食店的都會炸得黑黑,看到都覺得很油膩
可是這裡的雞脾是會先蒸熟,然後再拿去炸,外皮脆脆的,但裡面的肉意想不到地滑嫩
應該是因為先蒸熟吧~~

炸魷魚鬚
這個不是每次都有的!!可是真的超好吃,一定要加辣粉!!!不加就不好吃了!!!


冰花大菜糕
夏天最喜歡吃,這是老闆娘做的.夏天吃冰冰的可以解暑
一定要多奶

三寶
這裡三寶很多選擇,我最喜歡就是炸雲吞,都不知道怎麼形容,好吃就是啦
.不過最重要的是,老闆是即叫即炸!

門口常常都會堆滿人,因為是即叫即炸,不過值喔!!!

老闆和老闆娘很好人!!

這樣的良心小食店香港已經不多啦,要好好珍惜!!

Out of many mini food shop i have tried, this is probably the best one i know .
The reason for this is the food quality is good, you can tell when the somebody puts in the effort to cook the food.. this is exactly what i want to tell you about. .. well the owner of this shop really knows whats tasty and really do try their best to keep food fresh and clean and of coz tasty too . unlike the ones in MK or cwb where u could only taste the flour in the fish balls or siu mai , this shop actually serves very good deep fried squid balls and many other things too .. but i m still at the exploring stage.
but i tell you ... even their soy sauce is specially made.

I highly recommend this place if you are looking for good quality snacks.. u wil be surprised by how even such simple and common snacks could be so yummy and innovative ... i guess this is why so many ppl go there..

i live in sai kung.. but i have to pay a visit each week when i go to facial nearby

呢間小食店其實都開左有幾年架喇,平時大約要12點半~ 1點先開門, 到夜晚6點半左右就會熄爐做清潔無野賣佢最主要賣既係即炸小食,即炸食物有 : 特大雞脾, 雞全翼, 魷魚鬚, 腸仔, 薯餅, 魚肉豆腐, 燒賣..........等其餘食物有 : 腸粉, 燒賣, 牛肉, 魚蛋, 碗仔翅, 大菜糕, 各式汽水飲品...........等最特別既係雞脾同雞全翼,全部係老闆娘親手加醃料醃製,入味後再蒸熟, 每有客人order佢就會拎出黎再黏粉即炸,可能有人會懷疑咁樣整好吃嗎???但我個人認為如果要幫襯這些速食店,我會寧願佢先蒸後炸, 咁樣會肯定到食物全熟,外皮老闆娘一樣會炸到十分香脆給你,內裡就不會炸不熟而出現血水和有雪味的問題,而且雞脾和雞全翼經醃過後很好味,唔會好像平時出邊的生炸雞脾, 一係就炸得很乾, 一係就內裡唔熟or無味而魷魚鬚佢地就會生炸, 可能因為易熟吧,炸出來脆卜卜的很好吃仲有一樣就係一定要試佢地既腸粉同大菜糕,腸粉很滑, 鼓油很好味,很好吃的,大菜糕是原味加少少蛋絲的,可以叫老闆娘加奶, 非常之滑, 而且老闆娘的雪櫃是人家放凍肉的,所以非常的冰凍, 夏天吃很滋味啊

佢最主要賣既係即炸小食,

最特別既係雞脾同雞全翼,
全部係老闆娘親手加醃料醃製,
入味後再蒸熟, 每有客人order佢就會拎出黎再黏粉即炸,
可能有人會懷疑咁樣整好吃嗎???
但我個人認為如果要幫襯這些速食店,
我會寧願佢先蒸後炸, 咁樣會肯定到食物全熟,
外皮老闆娘一樣會炸到十分香脆給你,
內裡就不會炸不熟而出現血水和有雪味的問題,
而且雞脾和雞全翼經醃過後很好味,
唔會好像平時出邊的生炸雞脾, 一係就炸得很乾, 一係就內裡唔熟or無味


而魷魚鬚佢地就會生炸, 可能因為易熟吧,
