To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 其實肉餅好食之處,係因為肥瘦肉的比例適中,食落唔會太乾又唔會太肥。

終於搵到時間黎試下呢間啦地點真係有少少難搵如果由上水粉嶺果邊去 可以搭276P 會經過如果由元朗過去 最好轉輕鐵到屏山站行7至8分鐘就到今次第一次試 個肉餅真係超正佢個餐牌有好多好多款肉飯真係花多眼亂, 其實想試芝士 不過驚太滯最後揀咗紫菜帆立貝肉餅因為真係未試過帆立貝都可以整肉餅😂結果當然冇失望啦肉餅內脆外軟 ,外層鬆脆有口感入面鬆軟有肉汁雖然肉餅好厚但入面依然係全熟 真係好高質!絕對值得一試下次會再黎試下其他口味!推介

佢個餐牌有好多好多款肉飯
真係花多眼亂, 其實想試芝士 不過驚太滯
最後揀咗紫菜帆立貝肉餅
因為真係未試過帆立貝都可以整肉餅😂
結果當然冇失望啦
肉餅內脆外軟 ,
外層鬆脆有口感
入面鬆軟有肉汁

雖然肉餅好厚
但入面依然係全熟
真係好高質!
絕對值得一試
下次會再黎試下其他口味!

老地方係我翻啅n次嘅地方,好朋友係九龍入來探望我呢個隻牛牛,當然要帶佢去食啲我覺得要必試嘅食物。除左做偽貴婦仔外,我亦係小店嘅支持者。屏山老地方位於唔係啲咩巿中心位置,揸車去實方便,但搭車去亦唔係好難搭,搭輕鐵去到坑尾村站,然後得5分鐘路程就到啦!話明小店,容納人數當然心中有數,今日星期六,5點黎食,避開左啲食正餐同下午茶時段,所以唔使排隊。但每次黎到,我選擇困難症又會發作,因為款款都想試,不過好彩,餐廳每日都會有是日推介,揀都揀得快左。黎到嘅食客要有心理準備,肉餅用心制作,所以會出得慢啲,請各食家耐心等候。我今日揀左是日推介嘅檸香芝士魚柳肉餅飯,個飯一上枱見到都食指大動呀,真係內外兼備架。你知啦,近幾個月豬肉價格高企,買豬肉都好貴,要好似佢咁厚同咁大嘅免治肉都要30蚊先買到,真係食飯都要食米貴, 然而小店都無特別加價,更加睇得出生意難撈呀!講返個肉餅先,外面煎得香脆,裡面都岩岩好。會食到檸香,而主打肉餅梗係肉多過魚柳啦,再加埋車打芝士真係yummy yummy朋友試完都讚不絕口,希望佢都推介俾朋友等多啲人知道咩叫隱世美食。

係youtube睇完人介紹,作為榴槤控既我就心思思想去試,對城市人尼講好遠,但我屋企行15分鐘就到!一打開main menu,已經見到非常多款既肉餅,另外佢仲有當日既廚師精選,款式之多真係令人有選擇困難症,樣樣都想試。最後我地叫左 3 款:榴槤肉餅,芒果肉餅,松露芝士牛肝菌肉餅首先試左松露芝士牛肝菌肉餅,首先佢煎到脆皮,好香口,第一啖入口就食到好香既松露味,之後食第2邊中間咇 d 芝士出尼,濃而不膩!食到中間再有牛肝菌,好似每啖都有食到唔同既材料咁,超中意呢個!之後就食榴槤肉餅,佢係切開肉餅中間放左榴槤蓉,我一打開,隔離枱個女仔就話好大陣味要調位 (哈哈)本身都驚熱食榴槤會同肉餅唔夾,但食落又覺得榴槤味唔會搶左肉餅味,將白飯轉左做牛角包,夾住個榴槤肉餅食都好特別,變到好西式。而且個牛角包焗到好脆,唔會覺得漏~最後食芒果肉餅試完榴槤肉餅,對水果系列好有期待,不過芒果由於本身甜,我自己就覺得同咸既肉餅唔太夾,又甜又咸咁,搵唔到一個岩既形容詞,有少少失望下次一定會再尼食,會試多幾款咸味
