今日收工收得夜,好多餐廳都準備收爐,夜晚肚餓要搵食都幾艱難,朋友仔搵到呢間串燒開到兩點,正呀喂!好,坐低睇下有咩好食先。串燒必食燒韭菜,呢個真係必食,本身我唔係太好韭菜,但燒完之後,冇左草青味,而家叫左少辣,燒到香香地,好味!大大條司華力腸,脆皮雞中翼,肚餓點都要叫肉食下先夠飽。脆皮午餐肉,又真係脆皮架喎,午餐肉燒到好食,裡面啲肉唔會dry日本醬燒年糕串,燒香左外圍,裡面熱溶,軟綿綿帶少少黏既感覺。燒日式雞泡魚乾,朋友仔至愛,去到邊都必點,冇得輸的。燒原條大茄子,重口味之選,夠辣夠蒜夠蔥,攰攰地食呢個,安撫番個小朋友。

今日黎旺角行街順便探店,黎到依間係天仁對面嘅串燒店試下!餐廳第一眼就留意倒,串燒分左中、台、日、韓幾種風味,好特別係我第一次見。另外辣度同口味都可以逐一備註,感受到店長嘅細心。店長好熱情推介佢地嘅深燒花甲粉,原來香港好少餐廳會有花甲粉賣,花甲嘅時令同來源都好影響味道,另外依道嘅秘製湯底原料係韓國進口,難怪味道禁鮮甜,加上微微嘅辣味非常過癮,花甲size中大,依個價真係超值。串燒又點少得韭菜,韭菜分量巨大!食落冇渣好鮮甜,另外呢度調味同普遍有啲唔同,具體好難形容係更香更辣好特別。深燒豬大腸—燒到表皮好香脆!原來依道所有燒串燒係堅持「生燒」,即係為咗保留食材原本嘅味道,並唔會預先醃製,即叫即燒再加上秘製調味醬汁同調味料,難怪食上去有啲唔同,除咗椒鹽外仲突出到食材本身嘅美味。好久沒有食倒一間禁用心經營嘅餐廳。
