今晚一家人去左呢間小店食打冷,除左有打潮洲野食,重好有人情味,伙記們都上左年紀,但好熱心想方便客人可以舒適d👍🏻滷水鵝片-鵝片、豆腐、花生,好入味,滷水汁味道啱啱好,鵝片肉質軟腍美味。滷水墨魚、生腸-爽口,墨魚切得好薄,咬口好好。方魚肉碎粥-熱辣辣、有方魚既鮮又有香菜既味道。招牌陳皮骨-有淡淡既陳皮味,炸得好干身,少少熱氣,但好食,食骨比較大舊。胡椒豬肚湯煮花甲-花甲都多但唔夠新鮮,好重胡椒味,又有勝瓜墊底。重叫左煎蠔餅-唔算好油,而且蠔仔超大隻。還有苦瓜煎蛋餅都唔錯。呢咁多野食加埋汽水都係$700左右埋單,性價比好高~ continue reading

在長沙灣道附近有兩間潮州打冷餐廳,平發潮州館打冷是其中一間,上次因為星期六去吃晚餐要排很久的隊,所以轉了去另外一間潮州打冷館吃。今次特登約朋友平日加早少少去食晚餐,所以不用排隊就可以入座。這間餐廳價錢十分之親民,而且食物分量大大碟,免加一,啤酒價錢平過出面一般餐廳,絕對物超所值!這間餐廳除咗打冷食物之外,亦有其他小菜選擇。椒鹽九肚魚$98分量大大碟很多條,炸得很香口,送酒一流。蠔仔肉碎粥例$98雖然話係例,但是上檯是一鍋,足足有八小碗,粥內蠔仔份量十足,食落沒有沙乾淨,而且沒有腥味。鹵水什拼加鵝片$178顧名思義乜都有,有紅腸、墨魚、鵝腸、豬耳、豬腩肉、豆腐和芽菜。潮式煎蠔餅(大)$98蠔餅份量十足,每塊有手掌大,十分抵食!大良煎藕餅$88採用潮州傳統做法,魚肉、豬肉加蓮藕粒一齊煎,表面香脆內裏帶有少少煙韌感,好吃! continue reading

老實講,一般水平,做街坊生意,唔算係好正宗嘅潮洲店。但d 小炒同炸物都ok。同d 伙記問有冇某某潮洲菜色,竟然俾個黑人問號樣我。如想食好正宗嘅潮洲嘢,就免啦,你當佢係一間食得嘅大排檔啦。鹵水拼盤,正路嘢,冇乜驚喜。但冇得拼鵝肝鵝翼。鵝肝大貴丁,成百幾蚊一碟,一定要我單點一碟,雙拼都唔得,仲要唔係珍寶鵝肝,老闆仲話珍寶鵝肝太"淋" 😅,冇點到。出面通常食開係 春菜排骨,呢度係春菜豬腩片,尚可。竟然比較好吃,係個椒鹽鮮魷。唯一好處,可自帶酒水。 continue reading
