很久以前的香港還是有在街頭常見的小食車仔檔,除了燒賣、魚蛋、雞蛋仔以外還有各式小食,牛雜檔就最受歡迎,備有各式各樣的牛雜食材跟蘿蔔,最吸引的一定是老闆剪牛雜的時候發出「叮叮叮」的清脆聲響!現在要找到這種檔口近乎沒可能,不過來到店家,除了那種熟悉的剪牛雜聲外,還有小時候常見的紅燈罩燈,是兒時經常見到的光境!這店位置就是鄰近油麻地地鐵站跟煲仔飯店,很容易找,下次來到附近可以一試啊

今日同朋友去佐敦食飯,經過呢間廟街牛什,見到好多人排隊,心諗應該都幾好食所以就去排隊試吓牛雜有分兩個size,強烈建議如果多人來食一定要揀大碗!因為細碗個份量只係大碗嘅三分之一,大碗抵食好多!牛雜煮得好淋身,大腸好肥潤,最好食係牛肺同埋牛蒡,因為牛肺個口感呢係有少少似豬紅,食落去呢系好爽口同好彈牙,牛蒡嘅感覺就有少少似食鵝肝咁,佢嗰個秘制汁呢都係煮得好香好特別,同平時喺龍津食嗰種係唔同!佢呢一間主要係食佢嗰個鮮味和牛味!推介大家經開油麻地嚟試吓,支持下小店!

當年廟街一對夫婦(懷疑是現在的後生仔老闆的父母)車仔檔年代已經幫襯,後來在某店後門擺檔(即現在店舖的對面)亦不時光顧,後來入了現時的舖當然繼續支持,不竟真的是大件夾抵食,而且佢真係真真正正嘅牛雜,好多「了能」位,包括我的最愛︰脆骨同心椗。但現在百物騰貴,從前$20細兜牛雜和$50大兜牛雜衣家都縮晒水。咁多年黎,我都係例牌叫肺、脆骨同埋心椗,可惜早兩日路過幫襯時,老闆話無脆骨同埋心椗,我成個人即刻Down晒,結果叫了$20淨肺,唔知係唔係心情影響啦,我覺得無以前咁好食。希望佢係咁啱無脆骨同埋心椗而唔係以後都無啦……

自自由行佔領香港,一直很少遊油尖旺,印象中的廟街應該是滿街鬼佬,雜貨地攤,桑拿茶舞廳,平民夜總會。 天氣寒冷,尤記得暖胃煲仔飯,千年油炸大腸潮汕蚝仔餅,充滿八十年代滄桑味道。當然牛雜簡直係地道代表美食,尤其是牛肺軟綿口感配上瑩光黃芥辣,喉部爽脆。最鐘意係老闆把鉸剪聲,睇住剪牛雜,幾治癒。最後要一口咬落去白蘿蔔,清甜可口, 都幾正。
