上星期我同班friend去打完球,跟着去四圍睇下有冇嘢食,之後見到快車餐廳都幾清潔,咪試下囉。我吔先後叫咗花雕蟹、家鄉豆腐卜、籠仔蝦等多名菜。 首先我要讚下個花雕蟹,呢個菜係我最鐘意嘢!上菜嘅時候我已經覺得好香,由其係將D蛋同D飯食,嘩!一流呀...想起都好回味呀~

呢間餐廳又係真係有好食,但又唔係太差!!但就俾我一個深刻印象.每次當我到坪洲都會係快車食嫁!上次我同班朋友一齊去食飯,有幾個都好食嫁!例如花雕蟹、家卿豆腐、各式小菜;呢幾次都係係快車到食> <係坪洲都算係數一數二的餐廳,不妨試下。

星期六同屋企人入了坪洲吃海鮮,第一碟吃了胡椒蝦好味真的很香,姐姐話此處花雕蟹比起酒店更有水準!但我最欣賞佢豆卜魚湯少少辣辣地很味,最不好之處就是很多食物都要預訂,佢話要保存新鮮喎!我下次來一定吃芝士鮮魷球,上海鹽焗雞,鳳尾炸蝦,今次真的令我肚皮很滿足。

我就住中環既成日都入離島行山! 最鍾意就入坪洲行! 行完就1定會去快車{即系呢間茶餐廳}醫肚架喇! 佢地既鹹蛋蝦就夠乾新.. 而燸米飯就有超五星既水準!! 真系好野味架!!! 象拔蚌拼海沂感覺又好新鮮.. 煎刲立魚外皮好脆..內裡既魚肉既新鮮又好滑!正** 價錢都好合理..比一般既離島便宜!!

本人住係愉景灣, 周不時都幫趁呢間食肆, 主要唔係因為佢特別好食, 係因為坪洲選擇不多, 快車起初都幾好架, 我最鍾意食家鄉魚湯釀豆卜, 真係好正, 湯底即鮮甜又辣辣地, 好好味, 但同香港所有食肆一樣, 水準不斷向下, 碟頭越來越細, 起碼細左一半有多, 一碟豬脛肉可以數得出有幾舊, 連我鍾意嘅家鄉魚湯釀豆卜都溝水, d色就溝奶, 果老闆娘衰到死, 又面黑又丙人, 有人次聽到隔離枱話佢d碟頭點解少左咁多, 你估果老闆娘點答, 佢話: 碟餸30幾元乍, 係咁多架喇, 吹脹! 顧客係食肆嘅第一資產, 希望佢地可以注意.

真係估唔到牛油果姐姐介紹(好野)一間毫不起眼既街坊茶餐廳,能夠做出咁高質素既小菜,就連小弟座旁,對食毫不執著,又無硏究,更加唔知點叫既’山君’都話好,咁就真係無得講:1) 籠仔蒸海蝦糯米飯: 食海鮮就梗係要新鮮,呢味菜既蝦真係好新鮮又彈牙,我囝囝食左五,六隻都仲話要,但個人認為海蝦好似先灼過先然後至放上糯米飯面,因為d飯係生炒糯米飯,唔覺有蝦汁係飯中,不過都炒得好乾身.易入口,又唔太咸,作為第一道菜食蝦先,算合格有餘.2) 羊腩煲: 用當歸,紅棗等葯材,以醉雞鍋方法弄製,將羊肉的羶味蓋過,而且羊肉炆得極淋,湯味濃郁芳香.3) 家鄉魚湯釀豆卜: 好鮮甜,但太辣,魚湯鮮甜與羊腩湯各擅勝場,湯料以大豆芽菜同釀豆卜為主,豆香與魚鮮好配合,不過都係個句~~~~辣!4) 煎封紅魚: 外皮脆而肉嫩,不過又係有d辣喎,有d怪5) 花雕醉蟹: 蟹好似細d,蟹蓋無乜膏,可能流失左,但好香酒味,由老闆之前已告誡唔可以將d汁飲左,因為要用嚟炒蝦子撈伊麵,不過小弟要趕船,無緣一親,可惜.6) 蒜茸蒸扇貝: 大路,無乜特別7) 菜膽蝦膠釀冬菇: 放底既小棠菜可能想淋d,所以煮得發黃,冬菇大小剛好一口咬晒,口感個人

其實小菜平均水準合格以上,如果下次有機會再入,又或者牛油果姐姐攪多次(另有獨木舟水球半日戰,邊位寫?),我都會有興趣食多次,因為左右護法係到,戰鬥力只得一半,結果返到屋企,要食多一碗粥加一碗蕃薯糖水!
後記: 快車真係名不虛傳,出菜快如風,唔知係咪慣性d人趕船呢?
