是日端午節, 就來一篇過節的食評. 相信大家在過節的時候, 總會來點跟節日有關的食物, 中秋吃月餅, 新年吃年糕, 聖誕吃log cake (哈哈!), 在端午節, 吃的當然是糉, 是晚一家人晚飯之後就吃了這裡的糉.鹹肉糉: 7分, 這裡的糉是偏實, 不會加上太多肥豬肉, 感覺上是比較健康, 而鹹蛋黃是幾香口的, 糯米吸收了鹹蛋黃的香味, 也不錯. 另外, 這裡的鹹肉糉加入了紅豆, 是豐富了味道的.當然, 能夠一家人過節吃糉, 那份溫暖才是最重要. continue reading
