To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

多年來常常經過這檔粉麵,作為牛雜牛腩愛好者,一直都想試。今天事忙,未吃午餐,不如就吃佢啦!點知吃了一碗實在非比尋常地難吃的牛雜米:豉油水➕千年柴皮內臟(口感像鹹嘅紙皮)➕正常米粉如果要為這碗「牛雜米」加上年期,我會寫上一萬年後都唔好要我再食一次 😭其實唔識整牛雜可以賣牛腩,或者雲吞水餃魚旦,何必做壞招牌呢 🤔夠膽拎碗咁嘅嘢俾客食,好嘢 👍🏻😤後記:其實間舖嘅衞生及服務都可以,希望其它食物會好食啲! continue reading

舍弟推介,弟婦開車,到此一遊。招牌可見,有點歷史。街邊檔,路邊攤。馬路旁,市井江湖兄弟酒意正濃,未敢舉機拍攝,恐擾人雅興。一行四人登閣樓,別有洞天。考眼力,右至左,拜早年。祝大家財源廣進,出入平安,生意興隆,恭賀新春,喜氣羊羊!橫批:小心碰頭,呵呵呵呵!陋室之中,欣賞海景,馬來風情。餐牌一頁兩面。趕時間,乘飛機,傖促點菜-$75鹵水拼盆$42花生鳳爪(小)$55蝦醬通菜鮮魷$45蠔仔粥(大)$14雀檸兩罐食味平凡、鹵汁無香;缺鵝片,不划算。花生爽硬而未入味,炸過之鳳爪只應以豉椒蒸之用於茶樓小點。此花生鳳爪則應以原隻大急凍雞腳不剪甲,炆至稔身而不破皮方為正宗。蝦醬少放以致鹹鮮乏,鑊氣不足所以水汪汪。通菜本應當造陽曆五至十月,幸此非當造之通菜竟然鮮嫩無渣,材料之好掩卻廚工之過。魷魚賣相挺鮮,惜本人不嗜此物,未嚐。蠔仔剛熟,肥大厚味。芫荽雖有,獨欠水芹,美中不足。飯與水,比例準。粥底清甜,可以再試。 continue reading

牛頭角定安街有一間甚傳統的打冷食店,不論外表和店內都很有潮州打冷的風味。小妹想來幫襯好一段日子,今天有些時間就衝入去了。不想吃太飽,只叫了淨紫菜鯪魚肉(HK$22)。就見姨姨從雪櫃拿一大碟打好的魚肉來到大窩上用刀撥撥撥,大概10分鐘便有一碗魚肉了。魚肉打得非常細膩,肉質亦軟滑和彈牙,一點都不硬。味道自然但較缺乏魚肉味,沒有誇張的調味,它加入了少許黑椒。再加一點點醋會更好吃。湯加了麻油和炸蒜,簡單但已經香噴噴。一直不在意地吃,原來魚肉非常多,佔碗的85%體積。店外還掛著不少鹵味,實在很有八十年代的氣氛。鹵水鴨和蠔餅亦看起來好好吃。這裡的店員亦甚有潮州人的霸氣,豪邁而且容易相處。希望更多人來這裡嘗一嘗潮州美食。 continue reading
