得知拍板從開,即時在群吹行佢,大家一常已往作風支持拍板,由我book位同訂菜,新地址都係佐敦白加士街新寶廣場5樓全層,一出電梯依舊見到K 哥同明星合照,亦增添不少新合照地方比之前大好多,仲有個舞台歌唱,現有5間大至細房,K 哥比左間30人大房我哋,謝謝!講返食物:私房菜低消350起,我哋每次都450-500,由k 哥安排,除非我哋群友指定特別想食菜式,今晚500@位:一開始泰式小食蝦餅、生菜包,唔錯群主至爱,生菜包帶點微辣、夠熱豉油皇蝦保持水準好食鹽焗螺真係好食,新野之前都未食過,做得很好無過火,又不會太咸紅燒翅足料,湯底加多D 肉更佳,柚皮鹅掌大家都掛住至愛,好快清晒,柚皮比以前更靓,煲時間應該減少左,外形好靓仔,內裹一樣鬆化鮑魚汁能夠保持三原條海參又係鮑魚汁,夠爽滑、海参做過功夫內裹亦夠味濃湯花膠雞好得,湯底食得出就係招牌雞湯花膠加濃湯一樣好味水煮牛肉,夠麻夠香,辣道我叫少辣的,牛肉亦煮得淋滑乳鸽無得輸,食落帶肉汁,没有過火,好食大家見到盆菜海報,有幾個老友已經訂購了。有機會再来

佐敦晚飯的其中一個飯堂, 因租約關係結業, 每次去到佐敦, 心裡還是有點掛念. 店名”拍板小館”裡的”拍板”, 在廣東話除了有決定的意思外, 也代表了導演大喊”Action”時拍板的那一刻. 果然這食肆的老闆是個電影人, 除了餐廳Logo有一個電影拍板外, 餐廳内也有很多明星的光臨照!和麻甩佬的飯局, 炸物和蠔也是必點的. 豬手以避風堂煮法, 先炸後炒, 皮脂香口而且外脆內淋, 比起以濃厚的醬汁煮吃得更爽, 還是那句—“身體健康先放一邊”. 薑䓤焗蠔也是單純而直接的美味, 夠鮮夠大夠Juicy, 最重要是煮得剛好, 不會縮水, 這可是麻甩佬進補恩物呢!帶子蒸豆腐上的豆豉豉油是整個菜的靈魂, 有了它除了令帶子更鮮, 更重要是令豆腐的味道提起, 要不然就淡而無味了. 雲耳蒸雞的雞夠滑, 而且沒有雪味, 除雪是辛苦的, 新鮮雞當然是最好, 但成本之下就沒辦法. 正如餐廳的結局一樣, 租金成本要令其休息一會, 但我會期待她在草根地區再回來, 麻甩佬就是夠草根吧!

和麻甩佬的飯局, 炸物和蠔也是必點的. 豬手以避風堂煮法, 先炸後炒, 皮脂香口而且外脆內淋, 比起以濃厚的醬汁煮吃得更爽, 還是那句—“身體健康先放一邊”. 薑䓤焗蠔也是單純而直接的美味, 夠鮮夠大夠Juicy, 最重要是煮得剛好, 不會縮水, 這可是麻甩佬進補恩物呢!

點了蔥油雞、欖角骨 、黃金茄子、 蜜絲骨、咸排骨芥菜湯、 蒜蓉豆苗、豉椒龍躉炒河, 全都是水準之作。金銀菜燉白肺味道其實不錯,可惜上枱時已放涼了,略為遜色。 壽包是全晚最失望之作,包皮像已放幾天的硬,實在吃不下去。服務水平值得一讚, 我們只有六位,亦安排坐八人枱,坐得很舒適,而等待壽包時,主動幫我們更換新的碟及餐具,並更換了新茶葉。雖然壽包水準欠佳,在向店員反映時亦禮貌地回應,值得一讚。隔鄰一檯正在吃羊腩煲,味道很香,下次到來必定一試。
