我地抬左30mins 巴士黎到之後個成間大排檔都爆哂棚,就算有BOOK位都要等20mins。雖然我地真係好肚餓,但係為左食呢間神級大排檔,我地並唔會咁輕易就放棄。等左20mins 終於到我地啦,雖然比人發配邊疆,但係認真真係值。

一坐落台由於團友們行完山已經極度肚餓既關係,所以二話不說先叫左個豉油皇炒麵。之後我地Order既餸有黃金魚皮、脆皮炸大腸、酥炸桶蠔、志興秘制燒鵝、啫啫雞煲、馬拉盞炒芥蘭同埋避風塘釀茄子。由於每道餸都十分出色,所以我唔每道都講啦,直接打大佬啦。

先講個酥炸桶蠔先,好食唔在講。個SIZE真係大到嚇死人,成隻手掌咁大。再講個口感,你以為成舊都係炸粉,少年你太年輕了,其實個炸粉Layer 好薄,成個核心都係隻桶蠔黎。再講講個做法,你又以為佢炸到乾爭爭,你只會變得愈黎愈年輕吧,小孩。一咬落去啖啖汁,正到不得了,仲要隻蠔脹卜卜,真係出色到無得彈。

再講個志興秘制燒鵝,呢隻燒鵝簡直係好味到核爆,上台已經感受到佢岩岩燒起既新鮮,賣相已經唔錯。重點係一咬落去啖啖汁,真係好味到痴線,再講D肉質軟身,唔似出面有D擺得落既燒鵝D肉咁煙UN。比起出面燒味鋪黎講真係更更更更加好食,可以感受到呢間神級大排檔同埋出面既分別,呢得新志興真係一定一定要食佢隻燒鵝,下次我地就算六個人都好,我地都會考慮叫一隻好過半隻唔夠分。

總括而言,呢間神級既大排檔真係無得彈,暫時呢間大排檔係係本尊排行榜既第一位,碟頭大碟又上台快,而且仲要不失味道,更比其他大排檔有更出色既表現,除左讚之外,都只有係讚。

我認為有幾道菜一定要試:
1. 招牌燒鵝 燒到脆的鵝皮加上甜酸醬 諗起都流口水 新鮮出爐更加正到冇朋友🤤🤤

這天晚上和家人一起外出吃晚飯,聽聞這間燒鵝大王的燒鵝很出名,即管來這間餐廳試一試。燒鵝皮脆肉滑,用紅酒襯托一起吃,很好味。西洋菜陳腎燉豬骨湯,沒有味精,真材實料,好有住家風味。小炒王有韭菜、腰果、辣椒等,炒出風味特色。楊州炒飯很香,蒜蓉蒸海中蝦,蒜蓉襯托下的鮮味,簡直一流。下次會和別的朋友一起來再食。

一班朋友完成10條麥徑👉🏻100Km 慶祝果晚回程係彩虹,咁就係隔近搵食有山友提議話好想食"焗魚腸"即刻上網搵,咁就搵到呢間大排檔風味好彩去到等十分鐘有位,當時大約19:00呢間野真係好旺,好多枱放晒成條後巷當入坐時我留意周邊人叫咩餸多數叫"燒鵝" or "乳鴿"我地一至話想食"乳鴿"好耐冇食👍🏻😋當然叫"焗魚腸"啦👍🏻😋柚子骨👎🏻竟然有"馬介休炒菜"👍🏻好少大排檔有薑蔥魚腩煲一般啦,比我發現有糥米飯😱叫咗一碗👉🏻都係一個湯麵碗咁大👍🏻👍🏻😋😋總結:可以再去👍🏻

如果是一個女仔,我建議你就唔好黎,呢度太有地踎風味,比較適合麻甩佬, 如果你堅持要黎,一定要搵個男人同你一齊黎。最受歡迎的餸菜就係燒鵝和小炒王。志興秘製燒鵝半隻雖然唔係好熱,不過啖啖肉,啲肉都幾滑,而且半隻黎講都算大隻。沙薑豬手豬手唔會只係得骨,大大嚿又有肉,而且好入味。蒜蓉粉絲蒸蝦真係有海蝦,蒜蓉又多,味道好香, 粉絲唔夠靚,唔爽口。金銀蛋莧菜莧菜比較老有渣。小炒王鹹魚仔炸過,腰果脆,蝦乾香,蒜心唔老。可以選擇坐裡面(冷氣位)或者係坐出面(冷巷), 環境嘈吵。

蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,同樣都係蒸得剛剛好,完全唔會有咬唔爛好似橡膠既感覺,而且佢已經係原隻起o左出黎,唔會有D痴住o個殼,永遠都食得唔乾淨既感覺

見到檯檯都必點燒鵝,又用得燒鵝黎做店名,想必一定係對自家鵝好有信心
黎之前聞說呢度既海鮮同燒鵝都好味,佢都無令我失望
之前去開屯門三聖食海鮮燒鵝,我覺得係勁好味,不過相對黎講價錢都勁貴
呢度絕對係平價版既三聖,呢個價錢黎講有咁既質素,性價比好高
果然街市中係有好多臥虎藏龍既舖頭,好開心屋企附近有D咁有氣氛又性價比高既大排檔
住彩虹既你仲諗?心動不如行動

新志興至尊燒鵝大王,是一間晚飯好去處,已是第二次去食的店,大部份菜色水準不差, 燒鵝 一定要先點,炒蜆 肥美, 椒鹽九肚魚 香脆 雞軟骨也好吃 ,但炒河粉比較多油味道偏淡,吃起來一般。

今日朋友極力推介彩虹大排檔燒鵝是一流,因為每日燒鵝有限制賣完就冇,肉汁很豐富鵝肉也好有彈性,小炒王也很有鑊氣菜和果仁很清脆,鴛鴦椒魚頭少辣魚頭好新鮮,醉豬手肉質太硬唔太好食,最後有個炒辣椒加了少少鹹肉吊味帶出辣椒好鮮甜唔辣。
