喺鯉魚門廣場樓下街市入邊。去探朋友順便買啲斬料去食飯。見到呢一檔燒味都好多選擇,而且好多人買,所以就試吓買。買咗燒鵝下庄,同埋乳豬例牌外賣,呢度大約$250乳豬新鮮的,微微溫暖。色澤都唔錯。如果即刻食應該會好食啲,不過我哋係等到食飯嘅時間先至食,可能就差咗少少。皮都仲係少少脆嘅,略嫌有少少豬騷味,又唔算嚴重,份量幾多,算抵食。燒鵝就皮唔脆,但係味道可以,冇額外比燒鵝汁,只有酸梅醬。價錢唔算貴,想食又唔想去好遠買,都可以一試。

鯉魚門街市,以市民角度,行是好好行,但所賣的物種,質素以及選擇都不是很多,燒味檔就只有一檔,否則就要光顧大店或到油塘街市了。明富之前已見旺場,由從前只賣燒味,到突然有牛雜檔,及至租多一舖擴充至現今有明檔潮洲粉,相當有市場。然而老實說,買過兩次燒味,質素中下,今次幫襯牛腩,且看如何。外賣加一元,淨食來說不貴,更貴的也有。牛腩應該是冰鮮貨,有肥有瘦有少許肉味,瘦的位置也淋滑。可惜滷水香味不足,調味清淡,應該是牛腩膽汁未夠歲月。從前我們做新店,會跟老友行家買膽汁再養大汁底,就是如此。不知道辣椒油已發展成如此包裝,相當企理,但味道差,辣不辣,香不香,就是有點色素有點味道的油而已,要知道,辣椒油於潮洲粉檔起點睛之用,可惜。整體而言,基本的做到了,只是火喉不足,而牛腩又比燒味好。其門若市,畢竟池中無魚蝦最大。
