這裏的特點,就是可以自己充一壺靚茶。有普洱壽眉,水仙。任君選擇。蝦餃燒賣腸粉就是大眾的最愛。我自己比較喜歡他們的豉椒鳳爪,蒸出來特別香,冬天食分外美味。加多兩文就有白飯。我覺得是非常超值,而且他們設有卡坐在舒適。😊 continue reading

明順在麗閣冬菇亭年代我是常去吃飯的,都已經三十年了,搬入現在商場都二十多年,二十多年沒去我今天來看見從前招呼我們的哥們真是百般親切。懷舊完講番食物出品,先來小食~鹽水沙薑雞腳,夠味夠冧正,鹽水沙薑雞腎連中間硬皮位都夠冧,真係無卵得頂,味道個人感覺咸左D淡小小更好。炸乳鴿好味不過我更欣賞D蝦片夠脆,古法焗魚腸,油浸荀壳皮脆肉滑,菜胆雞1只D雞滑滑好得,陳醋一字骨酸酸甜甜正,腐乳通菜正常,突然記起從前有個鍋貼小唐菜立即點啦,點知冇墨魚膠大哥就問我用蝦膠如何?我當然冇問題啦煮出來更鮮味。7個人食到成檯餸超滿足。 continue reading

今晚幾個同事諗住食餐好少少嘅團年飯,在街市買左D海鮮加工。頭2個菜都ok嘅、第一個係黃金蝦,第二個菜係酥炸生蠔,不過都等咗半粒鐘。但第三個菜原本係清蒸蟹,最後來了姜葱蟹。最離普就係碟炆班腩等足1粒鐘,但煮到不知所謂,魚腩無走油,配料咸到完全食吾到。總之以後無下次! continue reading
