睇左報紙介紹就去幫襯左兩次,食物、飲品、同例湯的質素味道都好好,價錢又抵,值得一試再試,已經成為我今期飯堂,純粹以食客角度睇,建議門口加個顯眼招牌方便遠處望到冰室位置,同埋門口位、餐牌或者店內最好可以有多D圖片介紹食物款式,裝修方面其實可以加返多D卡位,用圓台好可惜,冰室茶餐廳D卡位最受歡迎,出色的奶茶咖啡對冰室茶餐廳好重要,套餐餐牌上最好可以寫埋奶茶咖啡落去比人睇啦;)營業時間最好加開埋早餐時段及周日,同埋送外賣服務,同區附近幾間都有,食慣左可以儲熟客,然後就係陳仔/招積/小李餐,選擇有點局限,不能交叉配搭其中款式嗎?可以轉米粉/一丁嗎?食物配搭、座位設計裝修、餐牌可以參考瑞士咖啡室同埋太興

今期推薦~咕嚕肉飯最近天氣10分悶熱,應該就快落暴雨。今天是試一試深水埗新的冰室,叫做春蘭冰室,裝修比較懷舊,很有70年代感覺,鋪面10分大,座位比較鬆動,坐得舒服。今次試一試午餐,我們選擇了咕嚕肉飯、涼瓜牛肉飯和黑椒豬扒腸仔飯,都是常餐家常便飯。今次咕嚕肉飯都不錯,醬汁酸甜都拿捏得不錯,咕嚕肉的份量不是太多,飯嘅份量適中,都是午餐的一大好選擇。涼瓜牛肉飯的醬汁比較杰身,味道正正常常。黑椒豬扒腸仔飯的豬扒煎得比較乾身,醬汁就比較杰身,整體份量都OK,男仔都會食得飽。

今次咕嚕肉飯都不錯,醬汁酸甜都拿捏得不錯,咕嚕肉的份量不是太多,飯嘅份量適中,都是午餐的一大好選擇。

涼瓜牛肉飯的醬汁比較杰身,味道正正常常。

黑椒豬扒腸仔飯的豬扒煎得比較乾身,醬汁就比較杰身,整體份量都OK,男仔都會食得飽。

星期六中午諗住唔去咁遠,在樓下食就算,尼個位已經成日改名再開。今次見佢裝修都ok. 就試下啦。叫個豬排面餐,話明加5文轉出前一丁。嚟到我已經覺得無轉wo. 我問了幾次,尼個真係出前一丁?點解湯係白色。佢答我係用豬骨湯底。我話出前一丁wo. 應該係另外湯底,又無麻油。佢即係比麻油我。仲堅持係出前一丁。食一口已經肯定唔係啦。我再問。另一個侍應同我講,你有冇睇單有冇加5文呀。D無加。即係佢無錯, 我同佢講咁耐話唔係出前一丁,佢堅持係出前一丁。痴線架。 另外叫了一份公司三文治,頂。。。。難食都。

得個裝修,呃人錢。地方係唔太污糟但係啲嘢唔好食炸雞髀冧既,啲飯又唔熱,應該係預先整定好耐杯飲品冰多過水,淡到好難入口啲夥記個個都好似輸馬咁無面口,個老細就成日嘈嘈嘈喺度趕客貼錢都唔再試

最近見公司附近開左間冰室,個裝修和名望上去都幾有時代感,一直想試試,今天終於有機會😝😝老闆請食飯😋😋老闆不愧係老闆,請我食全場最貴的扒餐😛😛😛😛燒汁西冷扒配飯Joe哥叫左香草羊扒配薯條原本以為冰室的扒餐一定一定好Hea,但估吾到由色香味都有寶石餐廳的水準,吾怪得向來口刁的Joe都大力推薦。連個羅宋湯都好好,雖然冇肉味(侍應姐姐話係全素)但菜味和茄香味濃郁得來恰到好處👍👍👍下次會再來。

原本以為冰室的扒餐一定一定好Hea,但估吾到由色香味都有寶石餐廳的水準,吾怪得向來口刁的Joe都大力推薦。
連個羅宋湯都好好,雖然冇肉味(侍應姐姐話係全素)但菜味和茄香味濃郁得來恰到好處👍👍👍
下次會再來。

由於喺公司附近,見呢間嘢新開,個裝修又幾得,所以收咗工去食個下午茶。點咗兩個餐,一個炸雞脾配薯條,一個炸雞脾配沙律。點餐時候見到可以用佢個apps點餐,於是試下啦。咁個apps都方便嘅,同翻大陸嗌外賣嘅apps差唔多。間冰室當時有三枱人,嘢食都算快上。首先上嘅係炸雞脾配薯條,嘩!見個雞脾色水幾靚又大件喎!但望真啲,佢似鹵水雞脾多過炸雞脾🧐所以我都問咗個侍應,佢都同我confirm嗰件係「炸」雞脾;再等多陣炸雞脾配沙律都到埋,再望下個雞脾😳今次件雞脾個size係頭先嗰隻嘅1/2,除咗細件之外,個樣唔多討好。最奇怪嘅係,後上嗰件隻色係同平時嘅炸雞顏色一樣,即是黃黃地咁,而望上去就好明顯真係炸出嚟嘅。雖然心裡面覺得奇怪,但因為趕時間,都無再特別問佢點解會咁。兩個餐食完之後,comment係,兩隻雞脾完完全全唔一樣,鹵水色嗰隻,完全係好似放咗三日,乾咗再拎嚟炸咁無味又硬到好似紙皮咁咬唔開。而另一隻細細件嗰隻,無味但起碼叫脆嘅;而嘢飲叫咗凍齋同凍檸蜜,正常嘅。可能新試業掛,嘢食暫時真係好唔得,期待你哋有改善啦。同埋⋯我真係好想知道鹵水顏色嘅炸雞脾⋯究竟係咩嚟㗎?
