之前喺元朗,食過佢個雙拼飯覺得超值。啲燒味唔算鹹,鹹蛋又好食。今次行過深水埗,就睇吓有咩燒味斬d返屋企加料。見到佢$108油雞加燒肉/$160燒鵝加燒肉。咁相差得唔係太遠咁梗係食燒鵝啦。但係俾錢嘅時候唔為意佢點斬,返到屋企一打開先發覺鵝胸部多得返四嚿,半邊燒鵝真係得四嚿胸,但又唔係厚切。再試下搵鵝脾內側個塊大肉,都唔見有。咁以為係底啦再摷下⋯⋯裏面剩係得啲骨墊底。咁下次都係買番雙拼飯才是王道,相信飯盒性價比係會好好多。 continue reading

上幾星期第一次買,咁先買咗份$98蚊叉燒配燒肉。 味OK喎, 但肉質素好明唔唔係咁好,一分錢一分貨OK嘅。買完又見到d燒鵝新鮮拎出嚟, 但d皮一睇就知唔會脆嫁啦, 見呀姐係咁推薦,自己又想食鵝,隻鵝又出晒煙唔會差得去邊掛。 點知出事啦, 因為隻鵝係特價促銷貨, 推銷時呀姐話再送6條小燒骨(好短好細嘅姐)。 咁我睇住個師傅斬啦, 斬好晒我就問點解送個6條小燒骨你中要斬一半得3小條俾我嘅?佢話佢係應俾幾多就幾多,我都唔明佢講咩。 明明話推銷送6條小條,成set連埋鵝併堆一份俾你斬,但又斬一半再將另一半去配其他再充銷。 令人感覺好似水咗你斬好晒先咁。 返到去食, 小燒骨又幾好味喎, 肉質正常。 但隻鵝呢, 係我同成家人連隔離屋(小朋友過黎食飯)所有人都話成世人都末試過咁嘅燒鵝(應該話只係外型同顏色似燒鵝)完全係無味, 肉質又鞋, 都唔知係咪賣唔出拎去再淥滾水,淥到出晒煙令人以為新鮮但搞到無晒味d肉又鞋。總之就係難食,末食過咁差燒鵝。總結:叉燒:味ok但肉質唔好 燒肉: 味OK同樣肉質唔好 燒骨仔: 最好味, 肉質又最好 燒鵝:我都唔知點形容, 末講過咁 難食燒鵝。。。又鞋又無味只係外型同顏色似燒鵝嘅燒鵝 一分錢一分貨啦,價錢OK嘅,但生意手法唔太好,感覺唔老實。 最好睇住佢斬呀。同埋唔好以為出晒煙就係好野。 continue reading

下午收工回家,想起人們說這間燒味平,是窮人恩物,讚佢良心店鋪,。天天大排長龍,我從來未吃過,今天見不用排隊,膽粗粗叫了叉鵝反,叉燒紅腸反,燒肉飯,價值72元。千辛萬苦搭車回家。打開一看,斬到大大塊色澤暗啞,叉燒和燒肉又幹又硬又大塊,燒鵝無皮多骨,味道欠佳,我真係一塊都吃唔落,成世人未吃過咁難食的燒味。原來門囗不見人龍,是有原因,1.食物唔新鮮,2.師傅做嘢無心機,切到大大塊,3.味道欠佳。真心咁嘅出品,佢老板吃得落,我唔介意給錢請佢吃。店鋪外邊斬料價錢貴的燒味質素會好地,鋪內斬外賣飯盒會差好多,全部都是下欄嘢,大家唔好貪平。燒肉紅腸燒鵝叉燒 continue reading
