復活節假期,難得天陰陰又涼爽,去了大欖行去雷公田再返去上村諗住搭車返屋企,見到有幾間餐廳,順路入去食個晚餐。青紅蘿蔔豬骨湯雖然叫例湯,但十分足料,味道清甜。紅酒燴牛尾牛尾炆至肉質鬆化,中間筋位帶點咬口,老闆話全部都用新鮮牛尾,所以完全無騷味,紅酒汁更是有肉鮮及蔬菜甜香,味道濃郁,送飯一流。西蘭花炒斑球斑球肉厚且無骨,每啖都厚肉,炒得都幾嫩滑。豉椒炒蟶子蟶子無沙且爽口,鮮味則一般,不過勝在豉椒味濃香,正好蓋過其不足之處,不過炒得好夠鑊氣。整返支大可樂補一補。 continue reading

估唔到一個小小嘅停車場以及商舖就有咁多美食🙃🙃🙃而呢個地方叫上村。今次去左一間舖面比較懷舊食下午茶,食下午茶並唔係一定要揀酒店嘅下午茶,有時懷舊下午茶都可以好好食。意想不到小職員態度好溫馨而且好溫柔,我覺得咁樣先係港式下午茶。望一望餐牌有好多特色嘅小食及常餐。例如三文治🥪火腿三文治等等。各適其適只要係一般茶餐廳要嘅食物喺呢度都可以搵到😋今次我就嗌咗薯條雞翼配凍檸茶~~~~ 因為本身我好鍾意食薯條我對薯條都有一定嘅要求。而佢係比到我想要嘅薯條又粗身又長,而且炸雞翼火候啱啱好唔會太燶而吸收晒水份。🥰🥰🥰不過凍檸茶就略嫌淡咗少少😗總括而言都有80分 continue reading

由於今日要去大埔搞d野,同老公返屋企時途經上村球場,老公提議難得可以早走,緊係去食下午茶啦。原來上村都有3,4間餐廳,食客應該都係住附近嘅村民,大家都好悠閒地食下野,傾下計,雖然並不是甚麼5星級酒店high tea,冇靚景,亦冇華麗嘅裝修,但豬都幾喜歡呢種寧靜小村中的茶餐廳,因為坐喺度總會有一種旅行閒遊嘅感覺,可以好奢侈地花費時間。豬覺得呢度嘅食物稍貴,但好彩味道唔錯,都唔會覺得唔抵食。我地叫左吉列豬扒薯條,同公司三文治。本來我想食西多士,但唔知點解發雞盲,睇唔到有 ,到最後叫咗野食嘅時候先發現有,太遲喇。不過算啦 ,下次黎再食過。吉列豬扒嘅吉列皮唔會好厚, 而且炸得好好唔會過火, 豬扒冇乾爭爭,能夠保持肉質鮮嫰多汁,味道做得唔錯, 配上水果味嘅沙律醬,甜甜酸酸幾醒胃。而炸薯條香噴噴脆卜卜, 表皮做到好乾身,但薯仔肉又唔會食到好口乾。大大件嘅公司三文治,面包烘到脆脆的,牛油味香濃,有火腿,炸雞扒,蛋牛,芝士,番茄等,材料相當豐富!如果加杯紅豆冰,咁就實在太正喇,可惜我叫左凍檸茶🤣 continue reading

$433做到晚上9點幾先食飯,好在附近仲有呢度嘅餐廳未關,去到唔使等位,第一次來呢度晚餐,坐低即刻叫小菜,店員都好努力介紹!食物好快到!椒絲腐乳通菜炒牛肉:腐乳汁鹹香好味,通菜爽口,牛肉片幾滑!撈飯一流!紅酒燴牛尾:煲上,熱辣辣冒晒煙,牛尾骨大塊,肉好淋,紅酒汁幾香,紅蘿蔔入味!好味!西蘭花炒魚菘:西蘭花爽口,魚菘彈牙,炒完有薄薄嘅汁,清爽好味!鹵水拼盤:估唔到係排幾行,好整齊咁上!紅腸彈牙,牛𦟌彈牙有𡁻口,蛋太熟,蛋白比較硬,蛋黃太粉!鹵水唔會太鹹,微鹹好味!蘿蔔牛腩:熱辣辣,煲仔上,牛腩牛筋好好味,牛腩淋身半肥瘦,牛筋又淋又彈牙,柱候醬好濃!但蘿蔔就差啲,佢無澀又幾甜,但完全無柱候味,感覺似灼完就放入煲撈一撈!所以吸唔到味!牛腩好味!椒鹽鮮魷:賣相好靚,有好多炸蒜加青紅辣椒絲,鮮魷炸得乾身,炸衣脆又鹹香,唔使點喼汁都夠味!好味!支裝汽水:大支裝,店員嘅賣點係好抵飲!配鹹香小菜,好夾!白飯比較硬!大家本來無乜祈望,估唔到做到夠鑊氣,好香口,鹵水又唔錯!不錯!不過我哋坐水吧前位置,無冷氣,大家都好熱,我忍不住叫咗汽水降溫!小菜幾好!可以一試! continue reading
