復活節假期,難得天陰陰又涼爽,去了大欖行去雷公田再返去上村諗住搭車返屋企,見到有幾間餐廳,順路入去食個晚餐。青紅蘿蔔豬骨湯雖然叫例湯,但十分足料,味道清甜。紅酒燴牛尾牛尾炆至肉質鬆化,中間筋位帶點咬口,老闆話全部都用新鮮牛尾,所以完全無騷味,紅酒汁更是有肉鮮及蔬菜甜香,味道濃郁,送飯一流。西蘭花炒斑球斑球肉厚且無骨,每啖都厚肉,炒得都幾嫩滑。豉椒炒蟶子蟶子無沙且爽口,鮮味則一般,不過勝在豉椒味濃香,正好蓋過其不足之處,不過炒得好夠鑊氣。整返支大可樂補一補。
