八個人晚上一心想試下傳統客家菜,點知完全中伏,個白果豬肚湯,味道如即食麵的味粉一樣,好明顯是味粉開水,個沙姜雞肉是紅色的,明顯是不熟或雪得太久,蝦丸不彈牙,炸大腸不趣,蒸黃立倉魚,肉質,一夾就散,放在門口魚缸內的魚,明顯是裝飾品朋友打瀉了酒在檯上後,問有沒有餐巾之類墊一下,個女伙記一聲「冇!」就走了去,話比個經理知個湯有問題,點知佢態度惡劣,還凶巴巴的說賣了幾十年都是這樣,所謂老店實在名不符實。老實說,星期六晚還有那麼多「吉」檯就應間店有問題!

身為荃灣友,還真的第一次幫襯這老店,倍感羞愧。傳統的花生喬頭配以現代的燈飾,少許古怪。鹽焗雞是招牌菜,雞肥肉滑,口味清雅,不像市面上其他鹽焗雞一味死鹹。梅菜心扣肉,太瘦,貌似湯渣,但看到旁邊桌那碟是很肥美的,可能這方面有參差。雖然食味也不致於太柴,但始終欠了油脂香。百花釀豬腸,整餐中最欣賞這個菜,蝦膠釀橙色炸豬大腸,功夫多了售價也只是貴$10,同時能吃到炸豬大腸的獨特香脆脂騷,又品嚐到蝦膠的鮮味彈牙口感。西檸鴨,一團炸物,也分不清是鴨還是雞,而且油味頗重。洗手間在廚房旁,十級地滑。

同家人食晚飯,一行八人想去童年時期成日去食嘅東江大飯店食鹽焗雞,但回憶中嘅味道始終係最好,食完真係有點兒失望!鹽焗雞,味道及賣想可以,但雞皮實在太厚太肥,整得太熟,有啲鞋口!炸大腸梅菜腩肉腩肉太瘦,硬柴柴,竟然唔係用五花腩,而且啲梅菜浸得太耐,冇晒味炸蝦丸蝦肉太實,蝦味唔夠!中式牛柳阿媽話牛肉夠林佢食到,亦都唔會那到冇晒味。椒絲腐乳通菜八個人食七碟餸,兩支大啤,7碗飯,$1000有找,算係抵食,但質素真係不及當年!話雖如此,樓下樓上全場爆滿,懷舊服飾及年齡嘅夥計應接不暇。舉手叫餸當睇唔到,加水又加唔切!放低筷子就嗱嗱聲收晒啲碟,有少少趕客feel!下次再幫襯嘅意欲真係唔大。

星期六晚,因為老人家突然話好想食下東江嘅野,所以就一行人去食,東江係一間係荃灣嘅老字號,已經營業左好多個十年,入面裝修都仲保留住懷舊嘅裝飾,一入到去就好似穿越左時空咁。我攣細個開始已經跟屋企人黎呢度食飯,每次食返呢d舊式酒家真係好懷念想當年嘅情景。鹽焗雞一隻:雞好鹽香,皮夠滑,唯一美中不足係太鞋。炒三鮮:我爺爺就中意嘅小菜,有牛骨髓,牛骨髓好似依家好少酒家有,牛骨髓平身冇味但連埋汁料一齊食就剛好,好味。菜芯炒牛丸:呢道菜係我爸爸每次黎食都會叫嘅,因為佢話會令佢諗起童年時食嘅餸。牛丸牛味夠重,菜芯亦都夠鮮甜 。炸釀豆腐:夠香脆,入面嘅肉調味亦剛好,小朋友食到停唔到口。白果豬肚湯:好香白果味,亦都而好多豬肚係入面,夠足料!但就係咸左少少不過都接受到。咕嚕肉:夠脆,汁唔會話好稀,好多菠蘿,肉夠入味,又夠鑊氣。同場加影:好耐冇見過酒家有蕎頭做前菜!好懷舊,我記得細個時我屋企人成日迫我試食,但我就覺得好臭!不過唯一係呢度食唔好嘅就係太迫了,舖位有限。坐就未必會舒服。

昨晚一行三人在這間餐館吃飯,order了半隻鹽焗雞、士招豬肚尖、炒三鮮、羅漢齋鴨掌及白果豬肚湯首先上咗半隻雞、但食咗小小的時候突然有隻蟑螂由冷氣糟跌咗落隻雞內典吓典吓,於是叫他們取消改叫梅菜扣肉。后來有一個羅漢齋未到,就叫侍應追一追,當時佢無追而又大大声話煑緊啦。但到最後都無嚟到,埋單時check單嗰個羅漢齋都計在內,於是吿知她取消,唉,那個侍應好兇咁話:你地食咗啦,我睇住你地食的。呀,我真係好嬲,個餸的確無嚟過,佢仲話睇住我地食。個侍應仲同D同事細細声講話我地搏懵。於是我找經理投訴,佢地話經理唔係到。簡直無王管。奉告各位要唸清楚先幫襯呢間三差菜館(服務差、出品差、衛生差)食物味道麻麻,由其豉椒肚尖就炒得老,一D都唔爽口,而白果豬肚湯好重蒜頭味。唔會再去😠
