星期六與兒子去大角咀的圖書館借書及去遊戲室玩,玩完便到同一幢大樓的熟食中心吃東西。我們去了最近的一間,叫楓樹園。餐牌十分吸引,我最近兩餐都叫了同一種食物給自己,就是豉椒蒸黃立倉,又叫了同一種食物給我兒子,就是揚州炒飯。先說食物質素,40多元有魚食,實在是便宜啦。豉椒加黃立倉是絕配。豉椒很鹹很好吃,配飯入口一流。服務方面也很好,有人情味, 姐姐會跟你及小朋友打招呼,與客人互動。最後是地方,地方的確不是太舒服,因為是圓枱圓櫈,坐和放袋也不太方便,但勝在地方大多枱,容易搵位,價錢又便宜,值得推介!

freedom is important for human. 1/7 big day our king mr. xi dont hv any freedom, he jailed himself at exhibition dinner, can even walk around to visit here wet market to taste this decelious food. his people also cant enjoy joy of freemdom, anywhere he walk by, are sealed and guarded, just like too afraid to be murdered.

after the plate put on your table. use your face stay close to the food. u will feel a hot air coming up, that is the wok air. very hot and very yum.

這裡一踏進店內便充斥著一二三手煙味,搖骰盅、中佬高談闊論聲等達到爆分貝水平,地板牆壁全是不知名的餸汁漬及歲月的痕跡,椅子雖有背但坐不舒適......關於環境氣氛全是缺點,尚可吸引我來只因二字——美食。星期六,客接客、枱接枱,等了十分鐘,小二才有空來收拾上手的剩菜殘渣,一口氣找住她點了三道菜:椒鹽鴨舌、菜膽雞半隻、油浸筍殼魚。每碟的碟頭也是加底般份量,椒鹽鴨舌應更名為椒鹽白飯魚鴨舌,有別於別處用炸粉絲墊底上面就丁點鴨舌,這裡是白飯魚多得幾乎可自成一味餸,鴨舌也一大堆,用來送酒的話是酒喝光而這炸物還是吃不完,加上此處空調偏冷,還是繼續脆口;菜膽雞用了生菜作膽,雖不夠我特愛某元朗飯店的專業,雞味不夠、皮太肥,但煮法還是有功架,下了些瑤柱增味,雞亦弄得夠滑,算是中上;今晚居然有這些年在街市問魚佬也會見笑的筍殼魚,而且同時間,至少三枱也叫了。魚來,皮是炸魚皮的口感,魚肉細嫩,很易夾碎,一家人不用公筷就這樣相濡以沫;又來眼闊肚窄,意猶未盡又點了個三絲炸麵,吃了幾撮便投降,是太大碟了。

今日做完運動,臨走個下落大雨,於是一班波友去左2樓熟食中心食午飯。呢度$36一個午餐,每個餐跟湯、熱飲,我地每樣叫左一個。豉汁蒸烏頭,唔算好大條,但係就相當入味。炸菜蒸豬肉,炸菜好香,可以用黎餸白飯。花生豬手,好多花生,豬手唔算燜得好淋。每道餸都跟一碟好大嘅白飯,最後我地叫姐姐比少一碟我地,因為實在太多食唔哂,又無謂浪費。

星期六同朋友共兩人搵食飯食,就行過去大角咀市政大廈,今次幫襯楓樹圍。街市大排檔地可有點污糟,而且食客講野大大聲,正正就是大排檔風味,入到去問阿姐兩位,阿姐剛修拾一張12人大檯並叫我兩人坐低,因為無細檯,之後都有人搭檯,呢點我們不太介意。先送上一碟鹹花生,睇餐牌點菜,點了:1. 鹽水蜆 - $65大大碟好多蜆同粉絲,加上炸菜,蜆雖然唔大隻但好入味,忍唔住飲兩啖鹽水,好好味。2. 黃金蝦 - 餐牌裡面無,問阿姐佢話$95,上菜時見到鹹蛋黃不多,但入口卻滿是鹹蛋黃味,蝦算新鮮,好食。3. o者o者生腸煲 - $65材料都好豐富生腸豬潤洋蔥,豬潤嫩滑夠甜,生腸爽脆,好食。另外叫了幾支啤酒,整體而言菜式很有大排檔風味,碟碟大堆頭好抵食。

星期六同朋友共兩人搵食飯食,就行過去大角咀市政大廈,今次幫襯楓樹圍。
街市大排檔地可有點污糟,而且食客講野大大聲,正正就是大排檔風味,入到去問阿姐兩位,阿姐剛修拾一張12人大檯並叫我兩人坐低,因為無細檯,之後都有人搭檯,呢點我們不太介意。
先送上一碟鹹花生,睇餐牌點菜,點了:
1. 鹽水蜆 - $65大大碟好多蜆同粉絲,加上炸菜,蜆雖然唔大隻但好入味,忍唔住飲兩啖鹽水,好好味。
2. 黃金蝦 - 餐牌裡面無,問阿姐佢話$95,上菜時見到鹹蛋黃不多,但入口卻滿是鹹蛋黃味,蝦算新鮮,好食。
3. o者o者生腸煲 - $65材料都好豐富生腸豬潤洋蔥,豬潤嫩滑夠甜,生腸爽脆,好食。
另外叫了幾支啤酒,整體而言菜式很有大排檔風味,碟碟大堆頭好抵食。

星期日在大角咀運動場做啦啦隊,午市就到樓下的熟食中心吃飯,沒想到全層只有一間食肆營業,向侍應嬸嬸查詢,她說:「通常假期都係得我地開檔。」獨市經營,沒有選擇喇!午餐選擇有數款,$28有湯、飯和飲品,價錢經濟。我們吃了~湯:湯內有胡蘿蔔,但煲得不夠久,質感較硬。湯的顏色很淡,而事實亦是淡而無味,有如白開水,加上是涼掉了的,差!星州炒貴刁:份量足夠,味道偏濃,愈吃愈辣,貴刁略嫌太碎,配料有芽菜、叉燒、蝦、青椒,算很足夠。肉餅配白飯:肉餅很有住家感覺,質感軟硬適中,有豬肉味,很適合撈飯,可是那些白飯所用的米質素一般,沒有飯香兼有點粗糙。飲品:凍飲加$2,我們喝了凍咖啡、凍檸茶,味道一般,咖啡沒香味,檸茶的茶味亦太淡。總結而言,楓樹圍以價錢取勝,食物質素普普通通。
