車仔面搬左之後變左我的私人飯堂我唔知點解會話唔好味, 但我認同係貴左d, 但絕對名碼實價; 至於服務態度嘛, d 伙計係睇生/熟客有分別的, 我通常去消夜, 服務態度無得頂, 有講有笑.推介:1) 抄公仔面 - 係唔會覺得沖的公仔面, 入味而且好有鑊氣, 40蚊唔叫抵食, 但絕對值回票價! 2) 抄花甲 - 好新鮮, 個汁可以送幾個白飯3) 車仔面 - 分5,6,7蚊, 必食有紅腸(誠意之作, 有煎過先放湯!), 豬腸(有酒味及好入味!), 魚肉茄子, 沙爹sauce(應該係自家制, 有魚仔及干貝) - 記住問佢要辣菜圃放左面到一齊食, 好好味!4) 魚粥 - 食得出係新鮮魚, 有時佢好人俾多個翼位我, 30蚊一鍋, 抵食! 配有炸雲吞皮, 自家制!5) 抄面 - 早去先有, 遲去就買晒, 好味, 即抄!6) 雞蛋葱花抄腸粉 - 即制, 好味! 有分大中小size, 不過都幾貴, 小的也要28蚊.7) 煲仔飯 - 排骨係新鮮的, 有先調味, 火喉控制得很好, 要飯焦有飯焦, 要d飯淋d都可以做到, 勁好味, 約38-48蚊. continue reading

數天前和我堂弟一家人來這裡吃晚飯點了兩個雲吞麵 (48@1), 三個車仔麵 (所謂既招牌車仔麵) (58@1)加兩CAN 可樂盛惠 $ 2XX在這裡質素的店裡, 實在貴得驚人.不過看在他的獎項名氣份上.....也算了等了一會兒, 食物終於送上.份量 - 小味道 - 普通價錢 - 貴 環境- 差實在是名不副實. 這樣的價錢竟有這樣的質素. 也算了.問題是......... 職員不停的介紹車仔麵. 卻沒有價錢寫在旁邊. 等落單以後, 才告訴我們這樣可怕的價錢 =.= 也太不可思議了吧? continue reading

呢排天氣凍, 經常去食宵夜粥套餐暖下身有幾款粥揀, 試過艇仔, 唔係幾掂, d料唔夠多反而個皮蛋瘦肉粥幾驚喜, 粥就預左有d稀架啦但大大碗又多皮蛋同雞絲, 加點薑絲真係好暖身連埋油菜同野飲, 埋單30有找如果黎食車仔麵, 就必點豬紅同蘿白豬紅好重胡椒味, 蘿白唔止胡椒味重, 仲好甜, 如果煲耐d更好, 呢家都係稍嫌硬身個辣汁幾好食而且辣味適中我都覺呢到d車仔麵幾貴特別係俾餸好神經刀, 時多時小, 三寶7蚊先得兩件, 真貴環境認真麻麻, 呢到班哥仔侍應有時心情唔好發下老脾大大力掉野, 見慣見熟半夜人小食都幾好, 迫人就咪攪了 continue reading

同朋友講起好想食炒出前一丁,朋友話去呢間極之好。未去時好懷疑,因為之前係度食過車仔麵,唔多掂,可以話係難食,搞到以後唔多想再去。晚飯時間行到入去大把位,我地上左上層坐,兩邊牆貼滿晒飲食周刊的剪報,好多都是推介呢度的炒出前一丁麵。而且呢個菜得過獎,應該唔太差。我地叫左兩樣野share食。首先上菜的係「XO 醬花枝片炒出前一丁麵」($45) -- 淨係睇個樣都食指大動,未拎上檯已經聞到陣辣味。食落有少少辣,花枝片唔韌,口感幾好,配菜都唔少,有大蔥、洋蔥、甘荀、芽菜、紅椒、青椒同埋粉蛋絲,丁麵其實都唔算油,可能因為我食過d仲多油的炒丁麵,我覺得呢個做得真係幾好。之後上菜的是「招牌黃金雞翼炒出前一丁麵」($45) - 呢個仲好味 ,因為無咁辣之餘,仲可以食到出前一丁果種炒味。黃金雞翼放左係丁麵的面,排成一個十字,可以睇得出係有舖排過的,雞翼炸得好香又唔會太油,佢層皮香脆得來又唔會炸到一大舊。雖然份量都幾多,太美味的關係我地好快清晒兩碟。呢度其他野食唔敢推介,呢個炒出前一丁真係值得食。四十幾蚊一個炒丁麵係比其他茶餐廳貴but 好味好多。至於侍應的態度,就如同之前的食評所講一樣,會同客人吹下水,講下笑,搞下爛gag,我覺得咁做都係想搞下氣氛,不用太介意。 continue reading
