To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

槟城海南雞飯專門店，位於九龍灣宏照道25號源發工業大廈地下3A號舖。 門面裝修唔吸引，但因為這邊晚上冇地方食飯，所以都入去一試。 ▪️中式湯 ～ 味道好淡， 溫度微暖。 ▪️海南雞飯$55 ～ 不像平時吃的海南雞，有點像港式白切雞， 味道普通。 ▪️柱侯牛坑牛筋飯$56 ～ 只有牛腩沒有牛筋， 口感非常硬，支竹都是硬的。 ▪️豆漿$12 ～ 後期點多一支豆漿，淡而無味。 食完都好無言，唔會再有下一次。 🏷️溫馨提示～ 整個用餐體驗均屬個人分享意見， 只作參考😊。

嚟咗九龍灣呢個鬼地方返工有幾個月， 行過見到呢間餐廳就試吓啦，食物質素可以。但態度就非常惡劣！ 其實我差唔多每一日都喺度食飯，幾個月裏邊已經唔係第一次見到佢同客人嗌交。平時都唔理佢，心諗自己食完就走啦，唔關我事。但係今次喺我身上所以冇辦法。都要評論一番。因為本身想要熱嘢飲，費事啲飲品嚟到攤凍晒,試過話之後先買，佢話好忙唔可以！搞唔到。之後我就叫佢「盡量」後上, 縱使之前佢都冇理過我，都係好早上咗，我都算。唔知今日佢做乜咁係咁鬧我，其實我已經將就。這是一間態度非常差的餐廳。食完好唔開心！

女侍應/女老闆的態度超級惡劣，她的控制慾超強，指明你要坐係邊，逆她意思的就不停叫你坐返係佢安排的位置，見你友善啲就更加變本加厲，對唔同人有唔同的態度，但唯一相同的就係指明你的坐位，話要留返啲位俾2人，4人。事實上根本食客不多，那裏有客啊，因為佢嘅態度就係趕客，食到一肚氣。食物質素一般，不太新鮮。

叫一份小食雞翼外賣自取，老闆態度極臭串極惡劣「叫一份雞翼炸？」，唔俾淨叫一份小食麻煩唔好寫係餐牌，幫襯仲要受氣，體驗極差，以後不會再幫襯，野又唔係特別好食，唔憂做嗎？

I ordered a Hainan Chicken Rice, it comes with complimentary delicious soup without MSG. The price and quality are very affordable. The environment is simple, clean and comfortable.
