這個挺特別的是不單止搽上了蒜蓉醬去焗,還特別加上了蒜蓉粒下去,再蓋上芝士去焗,所以吃起來蒜香味特濃,還可以吃到一粒粒的蒜,再配上熔化後的焦香的芝士,和焗得外脆內軟的多士,真的挺好吃!

因為工作至夜深,唯有買外賣晚餐返屋企食。經過樓下冰室,佢冇晚餐,要 a la carte 咁叫,由於鍾意食蕃茄湯底,所以就叫左個瑞士雞比配特色蕃茄濃湯螺絲粉($55),見佢可以選擇辣唔辣,就加左辣同埋要大辣。由於要拎返屋企都一段路程,所以就分湯(加兩蚊)。冇叫野飲。唔知係咪始終都係外賣,冇響即場食咁好食,加左辣之後蕃茄味亦好似沖淡左,唔夠濃。不過比起一般坊間既蕃茄湯底,都仍然係正既。瑞士雞比有D鞋,但醃得好入味,食到lam lam 脷。
