今晚我們去左中環食米線我朋友叫左:墨汁墨魚丸、炸魚蛋和豬紅過橋米線墨汁墨內裡的墨魚肉質滑嫩。炸魚蛋外表金黃酥脆,咬下去時感受到彈性和鮮嫩。米線滑嫩,湯底鮮美,BB湯底最啱我朋友。搭配新鮮的蔥同埋芫荽,令米線充滿層次感。不僅暖胃,還能讓人感受到家嘅味道。我今日自己就要咗個清湯,近來想試吓清湯嘅味道。加咗我鍾意食嘅魚腐同埋試吓BBQ貢丸。☺️☺️Today,We're Going to Central for Rice NoodlesMy friend ordered:Ink Squid Balls,Fried Fish Balls,Pig's Blood Overbridge Rice NoodlesThe ink squid balls have a smooth and tender texture. The fried fish balls are golden and crispy on the outside, and when you bite into them, you can feel their elasticity and freshness. The rice noodles are silky, and the broth is delicious; the BB broth is just right for my friend. Topped with fresh scallions and coriander, the rice noodles are full of layers of flavor. Not only does it warm the stomach, but it also brings a taste of home.As for me, I went for the clear broth today because I wanted to try the taste. I added my favorite fish tofu and also to try the BBQ meatballs. ☺️☺️

我今日上太平山頂行山,落山後與山友去位於中環威靈頓街91號地舖的橋香園雲南過橋小鍋米線開餐,環境舒適,坐得舒服。店員很健談,原來店舖供應的湯底是純豬骨湯(每日熬製10小時以上),而且酸菜、麻辣湯底及辣椒油都是店舖親自烹調的。我點左個 墨魚仔,豬潤及金獎朒肉(每日新鮮熬製)米線(走辣) $65,餐飲係凍豆漿;山友點左個 金獎朒肉、肥牛和墨魚丸湯米線(走辣) $64,餐飲係凍豆漿。湯底清甜好味,米線滑溜好食,朒肉軟腍入味,墨魚仔好味,豬潤鮮味;山友都讚賞話:好味道。凍豆漿是低糖👍。

近排食米線食上癮,今日就黎咗中環呢間米線舖試下睇下得唔得先。3拼小窩米線 $60 x 2 📌金獎腩肉(+$2)+牛展(+$2)+無錫骨(+$2)(小麻辣)金獎腩肉雖然肥瘦相間,但入口時既不膩口又彈牙;無錫骨(豬軟骨)軟嫩入味,白色軟骨也可輕易咬開;牛展肉質結實,牛味濃郁。📌豬大腸(+$2)+墨魚仔(+$3)+鴨腎(+$2)(小麻辣)豬大腸洗得幾乾淨,無腥臭味,咬落去有嚼勁,味道口感俱佳;墨魚仔滷得入味,鮮甜彈牙;鴨腎肉質緊密,味道甘香爽脆。店員話湯底是自家製純豬骨湯,每日熬製10小時以上,唔怪之得湯頭如此濃郁芳香,味道鮮美;我再混合由店舖親自烹調的秘製辣椒油一齊享用,入口香辣而不嗆喉。另外,原來酸菜都係自家醃製,甜酸度剛好,果然零舍唔同。兩碗米線口感軟硬適中,掛湯能力相當不錯。除此之外,碗裡仲有大量芽菜、韮菜、酸菜、芫荽、蔥及肉碎,非常豐富,如果唔喜歡食某樣配菜,記得要提早揚聲。📌豆漿 +$6 x 2豆漿飲落好舒服,唔會太甜,可幫助解辣。總結呢度米線大大碗,份量十足,食材豐富,價錢親民,米線控絕對不能錯過。

🐻係中環扮工嘅🐻👩🏽最愛就係橋香園嘅米線,食到老闆娘都認得我,今日老闆娘同我講不如試下新野啦,成日食黎食去都係個幾樣!好啦,今日就試佢哋最出名嘅金獎腩肉同埋豬腸,另外就係我必食嘅蘿蔔🤪🐻佢哋嘅湯底同出面唔同,豬骨湯係熬製左10個鐘頭以上!所以平時我係連湯都飲埋,仲有就係佢哋嘅酸菜,辣椒油麻辣湯底都係佢哋自家製嘅👍🏽所以個湯底零舍好飲🐻講到最出名嘅腩肉,每塊都係大大塊半肥瘦,完全唔會嚡口,另外豬大腸老闆娘話佢哋都係用靚貨,所以食落去好爽身唔會好油膩🐻作為一個星期要食三至四次米線嘅人,今日老闆娘問我平時喺中環有咩好食,我真係老實同佢講我食得最多就係佢哋😅連啲同事成日見到我食米線都問係咪真係咁好食🫢

位於中環的雲南過橋小鍋米線店,店裡面積不大,座位有限,所以繁忙時間也要排隊等候一下。主打自選配料的小鍋米線、撈米線,配料繁多,自行配搭,可選單拼、雙拼、三拼、四拼或以上的食材。三餸小鍋米線食材:海鮮魚卷、墨魚仔、腐竹湯底是以純豬骨熬成,再加入各種香料、調味、酸菜、辣椒油等等。湯本身已有肉碎、芽菜、酸菜、韭菜、芫茜、蔥花,湯底用料豐富。如不喜歡,可以預先跟侍應提出。海鮮魚卷,入面有墨魚粒粒,很有口感。腐竹滑溜;墨魚仔以醬汁醃過,口感嚼勁十足,鹹鹹香香。三餸小鍋米線食材:牛展、豬大腸、豬潤另一碗同樣是湯米線,自選辣度,小麻辣不算辣,蠻易接受。配菜份量比米線還要多。米線很滑口,掛滿濃濃的湯汁。豬大腸多塊,處理乾淨;牛展細細片,軟腍入味。飲品:烏龍茶自家製作的冷泡烏龍茶,吃完麻辣米線,來一杯冰涼的茶飲,解膩,而且更透心涼。
