見天氣凍凍地一行幾人諗住去食羊腩煲,點知大中伏兼一肚氣!😡 一個細嘅羊腩煲居然收我$278都算,得嗰幾舊肉,仲要又韌又難食,係我哋食過最差嘅羊腩煲 👎🏻 跟住叫左個魚肚浸勝瓜,勝瓜又係得幾舊,味道仲要淡而無味👎🏻啲野唔好食都算,去餐廳食野仲要受氣😡嗰幾個員工態度極差,啲野食未問完就大聲用呼喝嘅語氣話冇,跟住就用極惡劣嘅態度話「你返大陸食囉」,完全係趕客,所以香港食肆市道差執笠唔係冇原因😠呢間正記都唔係第一次,我啲朋友都話中過伏,地板又多垃圾,唔會再有下一次👎🏻

講起想一班人喺元朗食大排檔/打冷,首選一定係簡呢間喺大西北無人不曉嘅正記菜館啦,最啱叫多幾款小菜同朋友一齊開心share呢份港式地道風味~啫啫滑雞煲💰HK$110滑雞一啲都唔滑,肉質比較乾身,雞件份量唔多,有少少失望~豉椒炒蜆💰HK$98蜆肉都算多而且冇沙,豉椒好惹味~椒鹽九肚魚💰HK$135椒鹽味濃郁,九肚魚炸粉好薄,而家炸到新鮮熱辣辣,口感外脆內嫩,冇得輸~腐乳炒通菜💰HK$70叫咗咁多碟肉,梗係要叫返碟菜中和下,炒通菜唔老又有鑊氣~

兩個麻甩佬又係時候去揾食,今日又係啤酒日,有乜同啤酒最夾,梗係潮式打冷啦!正記係元朗打滾咁多年,質素有哂保證,決定今晚食佢!打冷當然唔少得潮洲鹵水,一個鹵水拼盤包羅萬有,有豆腐,鵝腸,豬頭肉,大腸,大魷,應有盡有,全部都係相當下酒。之後來多個炸蠔餅,香脆可口,咸香味引到我哋兩個一杯又一杯。最後整多個凍烏頭,採用元朗楊氏烏頭,肥美多油,沾上普寧豆醬食,魚油香配上豆香,雙得益彰。兩個人食三碟小菜,不經不覺就飲左幾枝啤酒,傾左幾個小時,男人就係咁簡單。

原本諗住去潮豐宵夜既,點知佢地東主有喜,休息一天,唯有過隔離正記試下啦!😉 無晒鵝片,老闆話點鹵水鵝俾隻鵝肶我喎!😏黎到碟鵝堆到成座山咁高,諗住墊左好多野係底啦!點知就得幾舊豆腐🤭,鹵水充分滲透鵝肉,肉香多汁😋,不過啲骨就斬得碎左啲囉喎🙈蠔仔粥點了一窩,雖然窩不是好大,但蠔仔一點都不小,份量還幾多下😂
