第一次帶娘娘和格格來這裡,樓面不算髒,但也是地茂型茶餐廳,她們倆算給足面子。我先點了個很麻甩的“燒鵝下莊”,甘香,皮脆肉嫩,不愧是招牌菜。格格一向很喜歡吃咕嚕肉,她看完菜單說不知道咕嚕肉怎麼“冰鎮”,好,就點一個吧。出菜了,我們就馬上吃,但一開始時,咕嚕肉還是挺熱的,不夠冰鎮,外面還不夠脆,影響了口感,但吃到三分之一,開始脆了,味道也不錯,如果廚房晚一點把它送出來就完美了。“蒜蓉白菜仔”,正常水準。整體來說,燒味有水準,小菜ok,經濟,不錯。

格格一向很喜歡吃咕嚕肉,她看完菜單說不知道咕嚕肉怎麼“冰鎮”,好,就點一個吧。出菜了,我們就馬上吃,但一開始時,咕嚕肉還是挺熱的,不夠冰鎮,外面還不夠脆,影響了口感,但吃到三分之一,開始脆了,味道也不錯,如果廚房晚一點把它送出來就完美了。

燒肉佢切得好大舊,但唔知點解係無皮嘅,即係原舊肉比我,如果想食燒肉皮嘅應該會好失望


不過呢間餐廳,我一定唔會再幫襯了,食到一肚氣

這晚開車回家,故意繞個小圈來到葵興,買外賣 ...這是一家我很喜歡的街坊茶餐廳,它的燒味超棒,尤其是燒鵝,這晚我發現它門外有幾張寫著外賣餐單的標語,這個“燒鵝上庄拼燻蹄”,才$138,既吸引又抵食,買了一份,回家與娘娘撐枱腳!這燒鵝雖然是上庄,但仍很甘香,盒底裝滿了鵝隴汁,回家馬上做個即食河粉,隔乾水,與鵝隴汁搞拌均勻,鵝的精華被河粉完全吸收,香、滑,盡在不言中!斬完燒鵝,看師父在按頭下凍櫃取出一盒東西,原來是原隻燻蹄,見他一片一片的把燻蹄切成薄片,已不停在吞口水 ... 燻蹄確實入味、爽脆,好棒!

豬排經過醃製,唔會死咸。頹食黎講係咁上下,加埋我杯凍奶茶,LUNCH 黎講CP值唔錯,下次想試埋其他。

熱咖啡:以一般茶餐廳水杯盛載的即磨咖啡,夠濃而香味不足,亦無咖啡糖提供。


總結:47元的價錢能夠吃到新鮮出爐乳豬飯實為超值,但在偏愛乳豬的客人角度會寧願價錢高一些而吃到多點份量吧。唯有下次抽空再來試試大菜牌的雙拼燒味飯供大家參考。

忽然好想好想食燒味,搬咗過嚟之後屋企附近都冇咩燒味店,唯有上openrice 揾到呢間評分幾好,馬上搭車過黎買盒飯滿心期待咁返去。。。。。 一打開個飯盒!!!見到瘦叉同雞胸(我知好多女士鍾意但可惜唔係我杯茶,小女子本身鍾意雞髀同半肥瘦厚切燶邊叉燒,當然咁嘅價錢唔可以要求多多博鬧咩)開始食啦 味道係ok既,雞胸都唔會乾同鞋口,但叉燒真係同之前啲評語一樣幾乾下,另食完盒飯都多多地油。$30蚊質素算係咁只係唔值得再次特登過嚟食。
