今天在店內購買外賣，只因一些小誤會，原先只想息事寧人，但無奈就被店內女職員大聲指罵及惡言相向，期間態度非常惡劣，隨後其他職員更聯合責罵客人，毫不講理，完全是野蠻人行為。但作為一間食肆，任你食物質素再好，基本應有的禮貌及待客之道理應要俱備，更何況事情本質只是小事一椿，理應用不著大聲責罵客人，可惜這間食肆的待客方式及禮貌完全欠奉，因此奉勸大家，可以的話都不要考慮這間食肆。 continue reading
