- 魴鮄魚配梅酒啫喱:魴鮄魚,搭配梅酒啫喱。魴鮄魚的鮮嫩肉質與梅酒啫喱的酸甜風味相得益彰❤️❤️
- 深海池魚:有著鮮美的口感和濃郁的魚味。切成薄片味道極為濃郁。😋😋

- 海膽魷魚卷:海膽的濃郁味道相互融合

慢煮鮟鱇魚乾:因為係慢煮嘅方法,有別於平時配酸汁嘅食法。鮟鱇魚乾的肉質柔軟,搭配調味料和配菜,營造出濃郁的味道和口感。

吞拿魚卷:可以話係全場最好食嘅一樣嘢,有赤身同埋中拖羅嘅雙重口感。吞拿魚的肉質鮮嫩,最重要嘅係一啲筋都冇🤩🤩🤩

串燒:
- 豬頸肉大蔥:肉質鮮嫩多汁,搭配蔥的香氣,帶來美味的口感和燒烤風味。

- 日本手羽:雞肉經過烤製後,外酥內嫩,搭配獨特的醬汁,帶來風味豐富的串燒體驗。

野菜天婦羅:天婦羅都做得幾唔錯,啱晒用嚟送生啤🫡🫡🫡🍺🍺🍺

- 吞拿魚面珠墩:非常稀有嘅部位,可以話係廚師發辦嘅精髓,本身面珠墩肉用咗火炙嘅技術,所以使油香更加豐富,再喺上面加上吞拿魚蓉,雙重好味✅✅✅

- 拖羅蟹肉海膽卷:蟹肉的鮮甜和海膽的豐富風味相互融合,帶來絕妙的口感和美味。🍺🍺🍺

麵豉魚湯:濃厚嘅魚湯,簡單一個麵豉湯,一啲都唔馬虎😋😋😋

芝士雪糕:濃厚嘅芝士味,perfect ending
