呢間野，我幫襯過幾次，今日係第三次。第一次就係開張嗰日，正正常常。第二次係上個月，早餐買個豉油王炒麵... 一見個師傅係喺個蒸爐入面拎兜豉油王炒麵出黎，就知大鑊。今日幫襯午餐，買左三樣野：鳳爪排骨飯、鮮蝦豬肉燒賣、蝦餃。食完之後，正式講拜拜。1. 鳳爪排骨飯：細兜、油淋淋。2. 燒賣：首先係凍，室溫既，唔算大粒，冇蝦，豬肉係下價料 (毫不掩飾)。3. 蝦餃：由買走到返上公司打開蓋，前後五分鐘路程，一打開蓋就發現D 澄麵皮自己爛開哂。應該係唔知蒸左幾多日.. 反覆蒸呀蒸，先會蒸到咁既效果。但係，都係室溫既。總結：我真係唔知呢間野係想點。如果喺科學園，想食外賣點心店 (非酒樓類)，不如校啱時間，答 272K 出大學火車站買唐記好過。呢間野真係好差，以後唔會再幫襯。 continue reading
