津津小炒王,位於荃灣大坡坊,區外朋友需要花點心力,但也不難找到餐廳所在。餐廳以小炒為主打,近年亦開始有火鍋菜式,以迎合市場需要, 尤其羊腩煲、蛇羹特別出色。今個冬至特別請廚師發辦,有10度菜但十個人都食唔晒未開飯前先嚟一個單骨雞翼小食1️⃣鳯凰皇鮑撈起鮑魚整得好軟腍,廚師切咗的雪梨條,更令清新爽甜2️⃣鹽焗花螺用咗起碼5斤海鹽加清酒焗,入口有陣陣酒香,非常可口3️⃣松葉蟹二食 - 堂剪松葉蟹腳及避風塘松葉蟹身堂剪松葉蟹腳鮮甜到不得了避風塘松葉蟹身好惹味4️⃣酥炸脆皮有骨牛腩依家好難搵到有舖頭整呢個餸,牛腩原條連骨炆好後先去骨酥炸,牛味濃郁啖啖肉5️⃣乾坤金錢扒豆苗豬肉碎饟鮮冬姑炆好後放上豆苗, 美味至極,豆苗好嫩口,掛住食唔記得影相6️⃣蟲草花螺頭炖竹絲雞清甜知陰,入冬飲用真係好合適7️⃣黃金帶子拼墨魚餅香脆無比, 墨魚彈口8️⃣西蘭花炒珊瑚蚌9️⃣生炒臘味糯米飯啲糯米炒到粒粒企身架🔟南乳吊燒雞皮脆肉滑🔟+1️⃣花生湯丸絕對唔係超市買嘅湯圓,師傅自家製作,糯米軟糯,花生餡香滑,仲要係黑糖薑茶做湯底食完再睇下餐牌仲有好多餸都想食,下次一定留肚食試多幾樣餸
