職員表示食材台灣直送經過介紹後選了雞肉捲同擔仔麵燒雞肉捲雖時制作店員有問擔心麵要唔食等埋雞肉捲一齊先食感覺細心我就先食擔仔麵食左一半就燒好之前係台灣夜市好好味終於揾到香港有擔仔麵肉燥好香不太油

台南擔仔麵@洪祖師- 呈棕色的湯底，味道來自八分肥兩分瘦的肉燥、炸乾蔥及蔥花，香甜但頗油膩- 芽菜添爽脆，但未能中和油膩感- 麵偏腍不彈牙- 小蝦一隻作配料，不特別鮮味，但起碼不是霉的*店位於旺中內，需立食，起用不隔熱的膠碗，燙手。不細心

噚晚同阿女行完街兩個都唔係太肚餓，經過旺中見到哩間洪祖師擔仔麵。仲寫明係杜小月始祖，就兩個人食咗個餐，滷肉飯同鹽酥雞配可樂。果然明不虛傳呀！真係好好食，碗滷肉飯好多汁同滷肉，鹽酥雞炸得剛剛好，唔會太過火，又唔會太鹹。1個餐居然可以餵飽我哋兩個~好跨張呀 ...最重要係$49咋，確實好扺呀😄😄
