年三十去左海怡會所既海悅酒家食團年飯。7點半入座,現場人山人海,座無虛席,好不熱鬧。第一道菜 -- 龍蝦伊麵🦞龍蝦好足料,十二人每人一件都仲有3、5件淨。伊麵入味多汁。第二道菜 -- 發財鮑片好市蠔是中蠔來的。髮菜量就真係比較少。味道幾好。有水準。第三道菜 -- 大蝦象拔蚌炒勤菜🍤 ,都好爽口。正常發揮第四道菜 -- 有啲驚喜,大大粒炸物係芋泥包帶子。帶子保持到鮮甜多汁,芋泥不膩之後係竹絲雞響螺湯,個湯睇落好清,入口好甜,有水準。我飲左2碗🤭跟住係蒸老虎班,魚皮又厚又彈牙,我至愛。可惜蒸得耐左少少。鵝掌鮑魚菜苗,鵝掌在外圍包住鮑魚,合晒新年寓意👍🏼然後上菜速度慢左好多… 等左好耐才上燒雞… 又再15分鐘才上糯米飯.. 好味又份量足,係不似前幾道菜咁熱騰騰了。雙皮奶甜品 甘香嫩滑。開心返最後仲有壽包食🤣 我飽到食唔落喇。長輩們食話個蓮蓉餡輕身濕潤,好食。

可惜,沒拍照,可嘆沒圖沒真相~

要說的是海怡半島會所下午優惠點心時段,
從前真的很優惠, 整張點心紙好像只有頂點外, 其餘$11,
現在沒這支歌仔唱了,改為大概有6款$11,又有4款$11的小盅飯及4款$22的大碟粉麵飯~

雖說是會所內的餐廳, 因已交寶湖營運, 不是海怡住客也可到內進食。

它是一處有至少7成地方可觀看海景的餐廳, 景觀絕對是舒揚, 是一大優勢。

開始時間是下午1:45pm, 食客也習慣在那時間之前取飛等叫位。
當天, 我三位大概2:10才到也只等了6,7分鐘已有位。

其實, 我本身是不想來這邊吃的, 原因是上兩次嘗過的優惠點心質素太參差, 我對這餐廳牛失去信心, 也有一段時間沒來。

這次來的原因是同區的淘園酒樓, 事前不讓我帶走點心紙回家看, 挑戰我的尊嚴, 太看不起人了 (我也不知道在生什麼氣, 大概生活太無聊), 但當我在會所餐廳外看見它把點心紙大方地張貼出來, 明碼實價, 佩服!

我學乖, 只點了優惠外的點心, 希望不會張貨就價。

紅油抄手: 餃OK, 但不是紅色辣油, 是鼓油+辣椒粒, 不接受
牛肉腸粉: 皮很厚, 味OK
蝦餃: 一夾皮肉分離, 但早已有心理準備它們是做不好, 味是好食的, 有4粒
叉燒酥: 正, 一秒後大家也夾走了
炸雲吞(優惠點心$11): 正, 佐醬惹味
叉燒包(優惠點心$11): size細,味沒特別, 叉燒有點乾
鳳爪(優惠點心$11): 味沒特別
楊州抄飯(優惠粉麵飯$22): 正, 炒飯底上加芡, 茨有蝦+冬菇粒+芥菜莖粒+甘荀粒, 好吃, 喜出望外
鄰台也是點特惠粉麵飯- 乾炒牛河, 樣貌好像一般。
芒果布丁: 我是衝着這個來, 好食, 表面足夠煉奶, 多芒果肉, 顏色是漂亮的(雖不是真的顏色)

算帳: $150.- 價錢合理, 值得推介!

只是服務有很大改進空間!

已經記不起點了多少個菜, 就只寫一下個別有拍照的菜式吧~

i am not the kind of person who is crazy about soup, esp chinese soup, but then i had three bowls =P
it's flavorful yet it's kinda light, and it's not oily at all for chicken soup (you know, you sometimes get a layer of oil on the surface of your bowl of soup)
for the chicken, lean pork, and ham were all very tender and were flavorful cuz of the hours of stewing, where the meat had absorbed the flavors.
for other dishes, we ordered spare ribs in Wuxi style, bamboo fungus and amaranth in broth, chicken with scallion in hot oil, and deep fried sea bass with seasonal greens.

this is one of our all-time favorites ;D we order this every time when we dine here. it's a very authentic dish, and the meat's so tender as well, with the right proportion of fat to the meat, you just can't not like it XD and the sauce's tasty too. the kids love to mix the sauce into their rice to eat

we chose this from the veggie column. two out of the three choices for veggie were vegetables in broth, the other was a stir-fry one, and we picked this. the veggie indeed had absorbed the flavor of the broth, and with some dry scallops, it turns out a really tasty dish. i'm not a fan of bamboo fungus so i couldn't tell whether it's good enough either, but i bet it is XP

my first reaction to this dish was 'how come the amount of fish seems to be so few?' it somehow felt a bit like the greens were the mains of this dish instead of the fish. nonetheless, the dish still tasted pretty okay. flavorful enough, and the french beans were sweet.
last but not least, we ordered an extra dish which is our all-time favorite as well, the stir-fry fresh milk with scallops.

i think this dish is on the recommended dishes list. the texture of the stir-fry fresh milk is very smooth, and the scallops added more flavor to it. and those crisps at the bottom of the dish were yummy too. the kids love this dish a lot XD
by the end of the dinner, sweet red bean soup and fresh pineapple and watermelon were served as desserts.
it's a satisfying meal (:
but i'd like to pick on a bit about the service. the service were never particularly good, but it's not bad. in this meal, by the end of it, i helped finish the chicken wing. the waiter was collecting our utensils already since they were going to serve us dessert. the thing was, i was still eating, still nibbling my chicken wing, and the waiter just collected my plate and bowl. excuse me? i wasn't done eating, that means i still need my utensils, how come mine were collected?
not that it's a really big problem, but it sort of hit me at that time cuz i think that he's supposed to wait for me to finish before clearing up my utensils.
but in overall, everything's fine, and most importantly is that the food's good enough (:
