海港酒家喺大埔寶湖商場1樓,酒樓好大但星期六都爆滿,我們都是預先訂位才有位,有一個大廳亦有多間細房,枱與枱之間都闊落。海港燒鵝皇,海港嘅燒鵝都幾出名,味道中上皮脆有肉香,感覺無之前咁好食,但對比其他地方算唔錯。👍脆皮燒腩仔,呢啲通常係成塊腩肉燒,相對穩陣,皮夠鬆脆,唔錯。 菠蘿生炒骨,排骨外皮夠脆,甜酸汁味道適中,炒得夠乾身蜜椒牛柳粒,配菜多,牛柳粒都不少,味道幾好,牛柳質素可以,面頭灑上芝麻有啲誠意。紅燒豆腐味道正常,無乜特別。

1. 鮑魚冇清去內臟,就直接蒸熟給客食,感覺好污糟唔敢食!2.好好地一條蒸魚,上到枱開邊再加麵豉醬,肉質唔滑又無魚嘅鮮味,經理仲話正常,我唔會再去,香港飲食業質素真係越嚟越差.

昨日預祝 父親節 黎到大埔寶湖花園 嘅海港 食晚飯, 呢間海港都好大, 光猛 新淨, 又有好幾個廳房, 我哋今次坐咗大廳, 枱枱都有一定距離唔會太擠迫, 我哋叫做西蘭花炒蝦球, 鹽燒鮑魚, 清蒸沙巴龍躉, 蠔皇花菇扣鵝掌, 鮮果咕嚕肉, 脆皮一品酱燒雞, 柚子蜜蝦球, 蒜蓉粉絲蒸鮮扇貝, 原隻火箭魷, 鮮竹魚腐浸菜苗, 西蘭花帶子珊瑚蚌。每樣餸菜整體都幾好味 都算大碟, 特別欣賞焦燒鮑魚 唔會好硬身 又 香口, 鮮果咕嚕肉酸酸甜甜 咕嚕肉炸得脆身 好醒胃, 柚子蜜蝦球 香濃柚子味 蝦球 大大件淡淡肉, 鮮竹魚腐浸菜苗 清清地唔會太鹹

海港酒家係大埔超級城果時已經成日去,搬左去寶湖商場之後去少左,但今日媽咪生日,佢又想食長腳蟹,於是book左8點去海港食晚飯。🥢 清蒸長腳蟹去到即刻去魚缸果度揀蟹,隻隻蟹都好生猛,揀左隻3斤12嘅清蒸,佢仲有其他煮法可以選擇,但海鮮我都係鍾意清蒸多啲。蟹膏仲可以揀拎嚟炒飯,不過我哋揀咗就咁上。隻長腳蟹一放上枱,大家就拎相機即刻影相,好大隻 🫶🏻 我地6個人食海鮮,啱啱好一人一隻大蟹腳,仲有2隻蟹鉗可以分。好鮮好爽口好好味,蟹膏有一碗咁多,我哋鍾意用佢黎撈飯或者當汁咁樣點蟹腳嚟食。呢個清蒸長腳蟹真係大時大節啲點嘅一個菜式。🥢 龍躉兩味三百幾蚊有兩個餸,仲要係龍躉,一個炒西蘭花,一個清蒸加豉油,兩款菜式都算唔錯,龍躉啲肉爽口,唔食得蟹嘅爸爸主力K.O.晒呢兩碟餸。🥢 蒜蓉炒通菜唔鍾意食腐乳,所以改咗做蒜蓉炒,不過不失,都算大碟,啲菜煮得啱啱好。🥢 菠蘿咕嚕黑豚肉黑豚肉炸得香脆,配菜有菠蘿同蜜桃,加埋酸酸甜甜嘅汁,開胃好味。🥢 蟠桃大壽包一打壽包係老人家慶生嘅必需品,六隻奶黃餡,六隻蓮蓉餡,食完咁多餸之後每人食咗一個壽包已經好飽啦,剩返嗰啲打包返屋企聽日做早餐。海港嘅長腳蟹都算新鮮,服務態度不過不失。性價比算高嘅。
