深仔記嘅雲吞同水餃一向都好高質。今次呢碗鳳城水餃河粉亦一樣無令我失望。首先湯底有韮黃點綴，一飲落去已經好有大地魚嘅鮮味，亦食得出來自水餃嘅淡淡麻油香味，湯底保持住金黃清澈，唔會覺得油膩，溫度熱辣辣，同水餃河非常配合。重頭戲嘅水餃，大大粒漲卜卜，每粒都包住3隻鮮蝦！最令我欣賞係每隻蝦都去咗蝦腸，所以食落鮮甜，無沙，唔會腥，非常有滿足感。啲蝦基本上已經佔據咗每隻水餃大部分嘅體積，入面其餘配料就係木耳絲同竹筍絲，同豬肉增加風味。整體係十分滿意嘅一餐。

向來對呢間似乎專做大陸人生意嘅麵店冇乜好感，咁岩經過見餐牌多左湯飯選擇，終於決定一試。46蚊個瑤柱海皇瓜粒湯飯，預左唔會有咩海鮮，果然就係細過尾甲兼食唔到味嘅蜆肉同蝦。最諗唔到，連基本嘅冬瓜粒我都擺唔得落口... 試左三粒都變酸左，可能係處理食材嘅環境過熱。湯又唔係雞湯又唔係魚湯底，叫冬瓜水比較貼切啲。自己煮都好食過佢，永無下次。

行過路過TKO PopCorn 見到一間有雲吞麵吃的館子，人氣也不少，入去試試味道，叫了豬手麵，麵質彈牙，可惜‘’鹼水‘’味很重，加了浙醋好了一點，豬手很入味焖得又夠林，不錯。很可惜吃完之後非常口渴，只能给一個負評

桐！桐！桐！桐！桐！👎👎👎👎👎俾佢【麻辣】兩個字呃咗！睇門口嘅相好似好吸引，叫咗一碗【麻辣雲吞麵】，叫中辣都完全唔辣，連譚仔嘅三小辣都不如！淨係feel到勁油！！佢係就咁普通一碗雲吞麵加幾匙辣油，咁就叫麻辣雲吞麵，仲以為會係另一種湯底，咁我洗Q俾多3蚊咩，枱面有辣椒油任加！真係永無下次！！另加$15嘅鷄翼亦係桐中之桐！完全營養不良咁嘅樣！好意思夠膽收$15/2隻👍雲吞亦十分普通，喺街市買$24/打好食過佢！

Sham Tsai Kee Noodles House 🇭🇰🇭🇰Sham Tsai Kee Noodle House serves my fave bowl of wonton noodles. Their wonton noodles are bursting with authentic flavour. 🍜🍜The noodles are springy and do not have an alkaline flavour, and the wontons are large and filled with chunky bits of fresh prawns. Each wonton is perfectly wrapped in thin, delicate dumpling skin with a ‘goldfish tail’. 😋🤤The broth is mild and well-seasoned. It complements the noodles and wontons rather than overpowering or underwhelming the dish as a whole. Their in-house chilli oil is also quite fragrant and punchy. Just the right amount of heat for me. 🌶️🌶️I love that the price is so affordable at HK$ 38 with a bowl of Shrimp Wonton Noodles + Chinese Tea too! Nothing too fancy or modern here, just delicious food and quick service. 😍😍
