等了15分鐘左右終於等到我的綠茶心太軟。端上來的心太軟份量較其他店家少,不過漂亮的綠色外層再加上糖霜,感覺還不錯。

心太軟一家要趁熱吃才行,從中間切開,綠色的流心就慢慢滲出來,個人覺得做得蠻出色,入面的綠茶醬不會太稀,而且綠茶的味道也是十分濃。外面的綠茶蛋糕也不錯,焗得剛好。伴碟雪糕我選了曲奇味來搭配,除此之外還有朱古力和雲呢嗱口味,但雪糕有一點沒融冰,有吃到一兩口冰塊。

友人喜歡吃原始的心太軟,她的炭世界故名思意就是碟上的都是類似炭(朱古力!?)的顏色,整碟都是和朱古力有關,除了雪糕還多了朱古力奶凍,構思有夠特別!熱辣辣的心太軟仍是有水準,濃濃的朱古力醬立即湧出,但敗筆的反而是奶凍,實在甜得很過份,也沒有奶味,友人說只有一個字─甜!

在荃灣地區,吃一次甜品要$48實在是貴價的,要以心太軟為招攬的甜品店卻很少,所以喜歡綠茶和朱古力口味的朋友卻會很滿足的。它的推介甜品款式也很多,下次途經可以再嘗試。

星期五晚 晚上10點半去到都唔洗等位,因為佢會不斷開枱,開到成條街都係鐘意食抹茶既我,一打開個食譜見到唯一一個抹茶產品,就馬上下決定口了個抹茶味道夠濃,值得一讚,而個流心亦做得出色可惜雪糕球得3個味道既選擇:朱古力,雲尼拿同曲奇叫左伴曲奇味雪糕球,味道都幾好,無雪到太硬或太溶好可惜有味道冇賣相隻碟單純係一舊心太軟同一個雪糕球簡單用朱古力漿畫碟,又或者灑啲糖霜裝飾下都冇仲要上碟時連張單都唔拎走就放低$48唔係平,正常價錢。同行朋友亦有叫朱古力心太軟反而朱古力味就有泥啲糖霜裝飾另外亦有紫醉金迷 木瓜西米露黑白涼粉雪糕賣相都ok, 有機會想試試芒果同榴槤系列產品都有很多選擇,讚

蛋糕底侷得剛剛好
聞起有甘甘地既綠茶香,

When the new spoon arrived, I dug into the soup. It was very odd. It was tasty, and just on the verge of being too sweet. It seemed like a semi-gelatinous mixture with well-whipped egg white received a dollop of custard at first. The two tastes went well together. Then came the surprise: The (southern) almonds were not ground, but had settled to the bottom. It made for a very intriguing taste sensation due to the contrasting textures (the crunchiness of the almond bits, and the smoothness of the 'soup'). Not awesome, but impressive as a new rendition of a traditional Cantonese dessert!

坦白說,我從來沒吃過那麼差的甜品店,餐牌很吸引,價錢屬於偏貴,我們叫了「芒果多多」,餐牌寫的是有芒果肉、芒果雪糕、芒果布甸、芒果汁,但來到的只見一碗冰水,浸著是牛奶果凍及雲呢拿雪糕,完全貨不對辦,另外我們也叫了「芒果椰子冰」,同樣是冰雪加水加芒果肉,沒有所謂的椰子味,而且芒果肉是偏酸,吃得一肚火,完全沒有誠意,而且收這樣的價錢,真的很不值,所以永遠也不會再光顧這間特差甜品店!

在荃興徑的這一角,可以算是一條小小的甜品街了集中了那麼多甜品店,競爭大,一個餅卻未必夠所有人分了!這家淺草頂替了上手同鋪甜品店的位置,更以心太軟作為招牌.希望可帶為這條街帶來新景象吧~店內一邊有大幅落地玻璃,可以看穿街景,正門出面太陽傘下小桌數張,打做出露天CAFE格局.天氣太冷還是坐回室內吧.同行友人點了日式焦糖燉蛋,個人較為喜歡這種焦糖表面.不會太厚,不會結成一大片糖面,小塊小塊焦香較平均!可是蛋質有點粉粉的,不太似蛋的質感,說是以現成開粉較有說服力.雲呢那香味氣若游絲,可以好隱約看到有幾顆小黑點.安慰自己那幾顆就是雲呢那籽吧.這家店亦供有法式燉蛋版本,希望比這個日式的表現更好吧...我點了這家店的招牌心太軟(配雜果),客人可以選擇配雜果或雪糕.但不輪那一款在這一區甜品店的定價水平來說較為進取.雜果應該是新鮮的,因為芒果真的很酸耶由於坐近出菜位,聽到廚師送出一客心太軟後,問店員那出品是否流心...不知是著緊每一客出品還是對自己無信心呢...不過我這一份卻極為流心而且多少有點OVER了,一下子所有朱古力醬全流出來了.雖然偏向流質,朱古力味卻不弱呢,蛋糕亦又香又濃,可能因廚師怕還是不夠

同行友人點了日式焦糖燉蛋,個人較為喜歡這種焦糖表面.
不會太厚,不會結成一大片糖面,小塊小塊焦香較平均!

可是蛋質有點粉粉的,不太似蛋的質感,說是以現成開粉較有說服力.
雲呢那香味氣若游絲,可以好隱約看到有幾顆小黑點.
安慰自己那幾顆就是雲呢那籽吧.
這家店亦供有法式燉蛋版本,希望比這個日式的表現更好吧...

我點了這家店的招牌心太軟(配雜果),客人可以選擇配雜果或雪糕.但不輪那一款在這一區甜品店的定價水平來說較為進取.
雜果應該是新鮮的,因為芒果真的很酸耶
由於坐近出菜位,聽到廚師送出一客心太軟後,問店員那出品是否流心...
不知是著緊每一客出品還是對自己無信心呢...

不過我這一份卻極為流心
而且多少有點OVER了,一下子所有朱古力醬全流出來了.雖然偏向流質,朱古力味卻不弱呢,
蛋糕亦又香又濃,可能因廚師怕還是不夠流心,火喉加大,蛋糕較為偏硬.不算嚴重!不過當然以招牌來說有點力有不遞之感了!

剛踏入赤口年初三零晨,從車公廟上完香諗住買兩碗糖水返屋企食,點知一肚氣!叫湯丸同埋腐竹旦,時值00:09,約五分鐘後有對男女入座。00:19我追單,佢話幫女我跟;00:21個對遲來的男女的腐竹旦都來了,我即再問,佢竟然夠膽耍我話"係呀,你要旦係要等",我即話人地遲來都上岸,點解我仲未有!00:25我再追佢仲話隻旦要等。大佬,煮隻旦要幾多分鐘呀。這時出面下起大雨,唉!00:29,我頂佢唔順,唔等,走人。唯一可讚係佢唔敢留難我,速速俾番錢我。(定係其實佢根本仲未煮我隻旦....)
