星期六下午兩時多,專程來到漢年茶餐廳,看見門口不用排隊便二話不說的走進餐廳內漢年茶餐廳的設計是典型7、80年代簡約嘅設計,看一看餐牌鹽焗雞飯有碗上和碟上,因為太肚餓嘅緣故所以揀了碟上再加雞髀位。飯不包飲品,另加了一杯凍檸茶。幾分鐘時間很快飯便到來,碟上嘅鹽焗雞飯十分之大碟,炒底有點意軟身,不太乾身,鹽焗雞髀嫰滑,入味。食的時候看見鄰座也有不同的炒粉麵飯供應,也是很大碟,很有鑊氣,下次再來時也要嚐嚐他們其他的出品。

記得讀書時期曾經有位住沙田區既朋友大力推介漢年,必食鹽焗雞飯,食過真係幾好食!今日去開大圍心血來潮就想試下呢碗雞飯🐥金牌鹽焗雞飯(加$2走胸)$52飯量可以揀碗/碟,正常女仔叫一碗其實都夠飽🙈仲可以加$12轉炒飯底添(不過今次就冇)走左胸之後比左3-4舊髀,仲有2-3舊雞背位,雞量都唔少,雞髀位都算滑既,雞背位既肉好可惜就有啲韌同老,唔同以前食啖啖都嫩滑既雞肉🙈雞味唔算濃,係鹽香搭救,唔會死咸,點埋沙薑汁更加好餸飯😆以茶餐廳黎講,呢碗鹽焗企雞飯算係咁,但就唔好期待太大,正常質素啦,住附近經過食下都ok,專登去就唔好喇😂😂

飯量可以揀碗/碟,正常女仔叫一碗其實都夠飽🙈仲可以加$12轉炒飯底添(不過今次就冇)

話說嗰日朝早好趕出門口,所以最後就決定咗食呢一間老店啦,喺附近住咗咁耐都一直未幫襯過,咁本身以為茶餐廳服務都麻麻地咁我坐低咗冇幾耐已經有人幫我落單啦其實早市時段餐廳都有八成滿座㗎但係上餐速度都非常快,落咗單之後大概15分鐘內已經上菜啦沙嗲牛肉公仔麵唔算好鹹,同埋牛肉份量其實真係幾多,至少比其他我食過嘅茶餐廳多,起碼都有5塊。至於多士真係好誇張,我拎起嘅時候牛油係熱到可以流出黎,同埋個包係熱辣辣脆卜卜既,佢係真係喺岩岩係個多士機度拎返出嚟,食開快餐店嘅包都係好硬,真係沒有比較沒有傷害🤷🏿‍♀️嘢飲同炒蛋就正常啦,冇乜特別都算正常發揮😬聽朋友講呢度鹽焗雞飯好出名,諗住下次再嚟試☺️

咁我坐低咗冇幾耐已經有人幫我落單啦

其實早市時段餐廳都有八成滿座㗎

但係上餐速度都非常快,落咗單之後大概15分鐘內已經上菜啦

沙嗲牛肉公仔麵唔算好鹹,同埋牛肉份量其實真係幾多,至少比其他我食過嘅茶餐廳多,起碼都有5塊。至於多士真係好誇張,我拎起嘅時候牛油係熱到可以流出黎,同埋個包係熱辣辣脆卜卜既,佢係真係喺岩岩係個多士機度拎返出嚟,食開快餐店嘅包都係好硬,真係沒有比較沒有傷害🤷🏿‍♀️

嘢飲同炒蛋就正常啦,冇乜特別都算正常發揮😬

留意:茶餐廳比較舊式,關門時間比較早,夜晚收7:30pm㗎咋,好多人入到嚟都冇得外賣同堂食喇。

店面偏舊但光猛,打開門🚪就像走進九十年代港式茶餐廳格局,🪑座位較狹窄,衛生環境比想像中好的
除了鹽焗雞飯,這裡另一款signature food也是非常受歡迎👏🏻的就是椒鹽豬排🥩飯,同樣是份量十足,下次去大圍的話不妨來這邊嚐嚐!

啲雞預咗係冰鮮,得好輕微雞肉味,肉質有啲「霉」,但未至於難食。

有對couple朋友早兩日剛榮升父母👏🏻今日就同另一個朋友去左仁安探佢地~探完都接近夜晚7點,就同朋友係大圍食埋晚飯,揀左呢間出名既茶記雖然呢度既鹽焗雞係最招牌,不過都係下次先試,今晚我地就叫左咕嚕斑腩飯同椒鹽豬扒飯~椒鹽豬扒飯勁快黎到,豬扒份量好多👍🏻 肉質唔算淋但都唔韌~佢既椒鹽唔夠乾身,面頭有啲油,但蒜味好重,帶輕微辣,雖然唔夠乾但好香好惹味,係幾好食既 (當然食完都好口渴啦🙈)咕嚕斑腩就等左一陣,黎到熱辣辣,斑腩份量同樣好足👍🏻👍🏻 炸皮夠薄啖啖肉,個汁酸酸甜甜好好食😋不過$49係唔包飲品,如果加熱飲要$11,加埋就唔算平嚕下次再黎既話一定會試鹽焗雞,因為真係見到檯檯都叫,只係因為今日晏晝都食左雞肉所以今晚先無叫,呢間茶記都值得再黎👍🏻

我間唔中都會去漢年茶餐廳吃午餐,很喜歡佢好懷舊嘅瓷磚,好有特色,靚靚老闆娘好熱誠,當然重點佢啲炒粉麵好食,師傅炒得好夠鑊氣👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻今次我食咗楊州炒飯走蝦,每次食都好大碟,一定食唔晒,仲有叫咗杯好好味嘅奶茶走甜,慣咗咁叫,因為有啲茶餐廳會幫你加埋砂糖的😆😆😆

聽人講大圍鹽焗雞飯出名,來到試試佢,星期六中午入去,不用等位,餐廳間格似舊式茶餐廳,餐廳在牆上。點了招牌鹽焗雞飯,味道的確係鹽焗雞味,但我感覺不是想像中咁多人講的出色,雞肉比較粗糙,飯係普通白飯。
